Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I am pleasantly surprised by the 3 bed caravan in which we are staying in. I have stayed at 3 different parks now and I have to say that in terms of the accommodation, it is by far superior to my other caravan stays. Everything that you could need is provided and the cleanliness is unreal to the point that we are actually scared of making any mess etc in the caravan especially with having a dog with us. Would definitely highly recommend this accommodation.

We just spent our 5th visit at Blairgowrie holiday park and as always it was amazing we stayed in a 2 bedroom junior deluxe lodge this time and it was gorgeous so well furnished and all the amenities you need The hot tub is great we tended to use it after our dog walk at night,so relaxing. The only issue was the weather it rained quite a bit but it still didn't stop us having a great time, Have booked the signature lodge for next June and can't wait to return. The staff are all lovely and friendly too couldn't ask for anymore, thanks again for a lovely break

We booked a deluxe junior lodge with hot tub. We were very impressed with the accommodation when we arrived. The cabin was spacious and modern and spotlessly clean. The hot tub area was great and is undercover so you can still use it if it’s raining. The park itself is lovely and peaceful and is very well looked after. It is in a fantastic location for exploring the area and it is a bonus that you can easily walk into the town for lunch/dinner (about 15/20 mins). There are plenty of shops nearby for getting supplies. We would definitely visit again!

A lovely, modern well equipped and decorated lodge (lodge 3) We came for a family get away, paid for a travel cot and high chair as we have a 10 month old. When we arrived housekeeping set up the travel cot, only issue is bedrooms very small so the travel cot fit in the double room but we couldn’t close the door. No issue as we juggled the twin room a bit and moved it in there. Just mentioning for any future parents bringing a little one. The high chair was a decent quality too although did need a little clean before we used it. The lodge itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, open plan so great for social time. Very clean, cosy and a nice place to stay. Something that the business owners could consider is providing somewhere to hang coats and put shoes when you come in. Not an issue, just a suggestion. The kitchen is well equipped including full fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and the complimentary tablets for these and washing up liquid a thoughtful touch as is the complimentary tea, coffee and sugar to get you started, a generous amount. The only feedback on the kitchen would be that there is a lot of cupboard space but mostly full of crockery and pots so needed to make space for our supplies on our self catering holiday. 2 double rooms (not a bad size) and a decent twin room too. Small wardrobes and hangers provided so again well equipped. One double has an ensuite and there is a family bathroom as well. The hot tub is a nice addition, a treat which we have seen being tested and cleaned daily by the maintenance team which was reassuring. The site itself is quiet and calm. Even with a couple of play areas on site. There’s a co-op 5 minutes down the road to pick up a few things if needed and its not too bad a walk to town. Drive is not far either. On the whole we have really enjoyed our stay and would return. If you want a quiet getaway with a little luxury then this is up there on the list to try.

Another great stay this year at Blairgowrie, stayed in lodge 1 in February and 15 this visit.I’d previously said that cups and bowls too small but in this lodge everything was bigger so no need to bring cups.Love a hot tub but on first time in you could see a tide line of dirt so had to clean it ourselves also water very cloudy but still used it.On leaving to come home felt rushed a woods leisure van sat outside lodge at 9.55am asking for key and felt uncomfortable as never left so felt they were wanting in asap to clean for next visitor. That’s enough to put me off returning and it was only 5ams to check out and wouldv left on time.

This is a well laid out, beautifully kept site located in the middle of a run down, neglected housing estate. The touring pitches are small and far too close together. The toilet facilities are very clean but shared and small in number. I would doubt they could cope during busy times. The biggest negative for me was the apparent lack of interest by site staff in touring guests. Entry was completely contactless as was pitch selection, all communication is by email prior to arrival as was payment. I am all for automation in support of efficiency but a human face to say Hello or Welcome costs nothing! We will not be returning.

Beautiful lodge. Everything looked very fresh. All good quality kitchen items. Very comfortable. Outside decking lovely and clean as was hot tub area. Generally site quiet but relaxing at this time of year. Would have liked a restaurant/pub a bit closer to walk to. Would definitely recommend it.

Stayed at Lodge 12 on arrival everything looked great until I noticed that one of the chairs had a large rip on the arm .so called reception to make them aware of it. I was told they were aware of it surely this should have been dealt with before we arrived. Booked the lodge for 2 nights on the first night the electricity cut off due to faulty switches so living room lights had to be kept on at all times surely this is not acceptable at a rate of £702 for a 2 night stay

Thank for your review! We had the armchair in question delivered to us in that condition and are currently trying to get it fixed with the company, but we appreciate that you felt that you should have been told before hand. Unfortunately we did not know about the problems with the electric but thanks to your feedback, they are getting sorted now.

Another enjoyable weekend. The Larches cabin has had a refurbishment and it beautiful. So luxurious looking. As always a great time was had by all. Hot tub is always a bonus even in the rain. Highly recommended, handy man even raced after us on departure as we had left a couple of hats. Thanks so much..we will be back soon.

Lodge looked perfect when first entering but after a few days I started to notice wee bits and pieces that could improve in my opinion.Firstly the cups and bowls are tiny so if you want a good cup of tea in the morning I’d bring my own cup, same goes with cereal bowls as would suit toddlers at best.hot-tub was amazing and spent most morning enjoying it,lovely walk to town down by the river with plenty cafes and takeaways,Had a takeaway from mr lees which was delicious and there local Wetherspoons food was ok as a light lunch.Wev already booked for July with more family so this time to there 4 bed lodges but with small issues I had will bring my own cups/bowls in future.
