Welcome to our beautifully restored Georgian manse. Set back from the main road and within our mature gardens, Rosebank House Bed and Breakfast is the perfect base from which to launch your Scottish adventure. Situated right on the A93, we are at the gateway to the Cairngorms National Park and the Snow Roads, Scotlands highest roads, from which you can enjoy the magnificent Scottish scenery and keep an eye out for the wonderful wildlife for which this part of the world is famous. Sit by our wood burning stove or weather permitting, in our garden and enjoy and cup of tea and some home baking while you plan your trip. After an excellent night’s sleep; enjoy a delicious, leisurely breakfast served at individual tables in our large bright dining room with views overlooking the gardens. This was a great choice for us for an overnight stay in the area for the Highland games. It's uphill from the town square, bit of a walk if you have bad knees but we managed to walk to Cargill's Leap, then into town for a local fair, cross the river and back up a riverside

Good morning, By car it is about five minutes but there is a nice walk along the riverside and across the river, which will take about 15 minutes. Please do ask any other questions you may have. Best wishes Jim and Aoife
