Detailed Reviews
This was the third time I've stayed at Greystones, and I always look forward to it. Anne and Mark are excellent hosts and their B&B is cosy and well-appointed. I feel like it is my home away from home. I can't recommend Greystones more highly, from the comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms to the delicious breakfast that will get you well set-up for your day exploring the Cairngorms.

Had a lovely stay here. Anne very helpful and breakfast was nice. Gorgeous old building and chickens in the yard! We were cycling and Anne helped with drying out gear and storing bikes safely. Kingussie is a nic place with some local places to eat

Needing to break my journey at 24 hours notice I was pleased to find a B and B that allowed dogs and didn’t cost crazy money. I was even more delighted once I arrived. A beautiful old house with lovely accommodation and helpful owners. Both bed and bedding were very comfortable, aiding a good night’s sleep. The quirkiness of the bathroom was an added bonus!

Peaceful location with the bonus of red squirrels in the garden. Well furnished rooms with a touch of added elegance. There was a choice of full cooked or light breakfast, both of which were excellent, especially the fruit compote and the fresh fruit salad.

A warm and relaxed welcome, despite Covid 19. Two very comfortable nights spent here. The sitting room for guest is spacious. Breakfast (both full and light) was just what was needed to begin a day's hiking.

We have stayed here twice now and booked again for next year. It is a nice little spot just off the main street. After a long drive up we didn't fancy going out so we got a takeaway and the owner made sure we had cutlery and plates. Place is always clean and warm. The breakfasts are great and there is something different everyday rather than a bland old 'full english'. We went up on our motorbikes and one night we left the light on which drained the battery. The owners went out of their way providing tools and jump leads to get us back moving again. Without this help our holiday would have been cut short. Highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again next year.

Very welcoming hosts, lockable storage for our bikes, comfortable and clean accommodation. The rooms were very comfortable and we all had a great breakfast in the morning served by our host. All the facilities were as described on the website and we were even pointed in the right direction for our evening meal in Kingussie

We absolutely loved our stay here. The traditional Scottish setting & excellent hospitality was second to none. The roomy rooms, delicious breakfast, comfortable lounge & quiet rural outlook made this a very special place to stay. It was also within walking distance (with heavy backpacks) to National rail, which was an added bonus.
Anne was an amazing & welcoming host. We'll certainly be returning to this idyllic B&B.

Authentic house surounded by nature, quiet place, nicely equiped rooms with a very kind owner. Spatious parking outside. Breakfast was also great, fresh eggs from the owners hens. Great local Scottish experience. There is also a nice little hill at the back of the house ideal for a half day hike. Recomended!
