Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed in this B&B for a quick 3 day trip to the scottish highlands and I can say that this place give you the most value for your money! The stay is conveniently located near a train crossing which makes it very accessible. We rented a car to go here from Inverness airport and free parking was available at the back lot.
Flying in from California and experiencing delays in heathrow, we were welcomed warmly by the host (Sam) even though we got there very late in the evening. He waited for us so he can check us in and tour us in our respective rooms.

The place is newly renovated with stylish interior design and meticulously picked furnitures. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom had new fixtures and is very clean, comparable to a 5 star hotel.

They served a sumptuous breakfast with our stay which consists of the traditional english breakfast with a selection of different pastries. (Dont forget to take the ginger shots if they offer it!)

The host (Sam) then helped us arrange activities for us to do around the area like going to the ruthven barracks, hiking to meet a herd of reindeers and having to see some highland cows.

We really had a great and memorable time in this part of Scotland!
If you’re planning to go to the highlands, I would
highly consider this place to stay at.

Newly opened to a very high standard. Rooms superb, helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Large car park and in ground floor bedroom with wet room attached which was helpful. Took dog as dog friendly with complimentary biscuits etc. For evening meal there are restaurants / pubs just a short walk away. Would stay there again.

Stayed here last week, and would definitely recommend and stay again. Beautiful part of Scotland to start, rooms are all clean, modern and comfortable. The whole building has been extremely well renovated. And topped off by some great staff and owner who went over and above to make sure our stay was as good as can be. Thanks Sam and the team.
