I can't praise this hotel highly enough. Seafront car park around the corner we paid £14 for 48 hours and plenty of spaces at this time of year. I stayed here with my friend for the weekend in a twin room, room was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail is much appreciated. Everything local such as the lovely blankets on the beds and the lampshades, all food sourced locally, very comfortable beds - pillows and towels in rooms from John Lewis and you can tell the quality as very soft and fluffy, bathroom spotless, fridge in room, fan and heater if you need them. Breakfast again so delicious I had the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs one morning plenty of salmon and then full cooked breakfast the second morning. There is nothing to fault we will definitely be back for another girls weekend away. Two minutes walk from beach and the town. Hugh the owner is very personable and friendly as is the lovely lady who also works there serving breakfast etc. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and we can't wait to go back.

Had a fantastic two night stay at The Townhouse last week. We received a txt from Huw (the owner/manager) when our room was ready for check-in which I thought was a nice touch, he greeted us at the entrance (from a distance of course) and recommended some places for us to visit whilst in town.

We were lucky to bag a parking space on the next street over so didn't have to pay but there is a large car park right behind the hotel if you need it at £7 for 24 hours.

The room itself wasn't the biggest I've stayed in but it was nice nonetheless. It was decorated to a modern and high standard and very clean, it had a TV and tea/coffee facilities, a large wardrobe space and a modern bathroom. The bed was really comfortable and we had a fantastic view overlooking South Beach.

Breakfast both mornings was really nice, there was a selection of juice, cereal, yoghurt and fruit laid out (but covered), tea/coffee was brewed to order and the full English was cooked fresh to order too. I really enjoyed breakfast both days and the lady who was serving was really friendly and accommodating too. Thank you!

All Covid regulations were being adhered to but I didn't feel it was in your face like everywhere else. This was a nice touch as it was almost like a break away from the real world.

I didn't have the best sleep on the first night as the wind was lashing the building, which makes quite a lot of noise, but I guess that's the price you pay for a room looking out to the sea. Second night's sleep was much better.

Overall I had a lovely stay, it was exceptional value for money and I'll definitely be back :)

Made a last minute booking for one night after reading all the positive reviews and certainly wasn't disappointed.

The room we had (ground floor with patio doors) was large, airy and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean, lovely bedding with small ensuite (double size shower cubicle).

Lots of thoughtful touches like wine glasses, over door hooks and two chairs. Hospitality unit with fridge containing water, milk and Kit Kats as well as coffee maker and kettle. There was also a table in the hall way which had sachets of tea, coffee etc so you could replenish if needed.

The dining room and food area was, again, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was plentiful and made with quality ingredients. I also really enjoyed the small home made yoghurt, fruit and oat pots. My hubby said his full Welsh breakfast was the best he'd had in a b & b. Really liked that breakfast was served till 10am and that check out was up to 11am.

There is limited on street parking but there is a car park at the rear (pay and display) but being out of season we managed to park about 200 mtrs away on the sea front road.

I am quite a fussy customer when staying in any type of holiday accomodation and the Townhouse definitely lived up to my expectations. Already planning another visit and hope to stay longer next time.

Thank you to the owner (who, by the way was pleasant and friendly) for an excellent stay.

We stayed at this gorgeous little hotel for three nights last week and really loved it. The bedrooms have every amenity including de Longhi coffee maker and Brita water filter as well as multiple available sockets. No scrabbling under the dressing table to plug in your phone or hair dryer. The architecture is original Tenby townhouse but with a modern interior in soothing shades of grey. Breakfast is brilliant with a special every day, e.g crushed avocado and poached egg or pancakes and berries and my husband's gluten free needs were catered for brilliantly with the added treat of proper butcher's sausages. The charming proprietor is always available but never invasive. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late (7.00 pm) after a horrible journey on the M4 on the busiest Friday of the year! Huw greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very well presented, had lovely bedding, and luxury dark grey good quality John Lewis towelling. The room had a little fridge with two bottles of water and a small bottle of milk. The room had a full size kettle, a coffee machine with good quality Starbucks pods. The tea was Twining's English Breakfast (my favourite) and Nescafe Coffee (if you didn't use the coffee machine). Huw even left two small Kit Kats in our room which were very welcome. There was also a fan in our room which came in very handy, together with a safe. The breakfast was very good quality with a special each day. I think this is a three star guest house, however I would suggest it is more fitting to be four star! If I stayed in Tenby, I would stay here again.

Me and my wife were looking to stay in Tenby and we spent lot’s of time searching and the Townhouse kept coming up with glowing reviews, so we booked ourselves in for a four night stay. The room was spotless and the bed was better than those at premier inn. We were lucky enough to get the ground floor room which had patio doors leading to the courtyard which had comfy seating. The bathroom was spotless too and a nice big shower. The owner Huw has thought of everything for the room, a fan, heater, a safe, coffee machine and even the kettle was a Britta that filters the water. The breakfast was a nice choice of cereal, fruit or the full cooked breakfast all freshly cooked by a great host called Huw. Nothing seems to be a problem for Huw. On our last morning I had the salmon and scrambled egg, delicious. The location of the Townhouse couldn’t be better just a two minute walk and your looking at the golden sandy beach and great views. Then a five minute walk and you’re in the town centre. There is limited parking outside but we were lucky to get one for the full four days, there’s a car park right behind the Townhouse which is another two minute walk. Don’t look any further than this establishment I’ll guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a friend's recommendation. Huw the owner made our stay so special and made us feel so welcome. It is a first class B&B with so many wonderful little touches like a fridge with milk, kitkats and bottles of mineral water - all replenished daily. Also a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with coffee pods as well as hot chocolate, instant coffee and tea. Plus plates and cutlery to allow us to bring food back if worried about eating out with Coronavirus. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean with amazing sea views. Decorated to such a high modern standard. Top quality luxury shower with luxury toiletries. Quality towels that were replaced daily. Amazing selection for breakfast from cereals, fresh fruit and a cooked breakfast cooked perfectly by Huw with such quality ingredients. We will definitely stay again and this is the best B&B we have been to in Tenby.

Stayed at the Townhouse after several disappointing mistakes and this time the B&B was actually better than we expected. Spotlessly clean room, with new furnishings and a most comfortable bed, crisp linen and plenty of comfy pillows. Also blinds and shutters to suit every taste. Modern en-suite shower with good sized toiletries and fluffy towels. We particularly liked the extra touches like the mini fridge complete with water, fresh milk and kits kats, the pod coffee machine and kettle for that important first/last cup of tea or coffees. Choice of breakfast included in the price was full Welsh or continental or day special, all tasty and plentiful. The location was in a more peaceful part of town with stunning sea views. We won’t stay anywhere else now when in beautiful Tenby!

Just returned from the Townhouse, after a 4 nights stay over the New Year period.
Hugh made us very welcome on arrival.
Modern contemporary furniture, big comfortable bed spotless throughout, with a well stocked fridge full of essential items.
Breakfast was wonderful and every morning there was also a special on the menu. Fruit and yogurt in small Kilner jars brilliant. Bucks Fizz on New Years Day served by a delightful waitress, sorry didn’t catch her name.
Highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I were supposed to visit in October, but had to unfortunately cancel. However after speaking to Huw, he kindly moved our booking to January.

Huw made us feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Our room was spotless and was very well appointed including filter kettle, coffee machine, bottled water, tea, coffee, toiletries, safe and fan. The linen was fresh, clean and not worn. The pillows were perfect. We were on the second floor and had a great view of the South Beach.

At breakfast there was an excellent choice and kept us going for the majority of the day.

Due to the time of year, we had no problem with on street parking, but there is a pay carpark around the corner.

We will definitely be returning to TheTownhouse and will recommend.

Thank you Huw.

Up the street with the town house on your left, turn left, the huge car park is in front of you. Less than 100 yards. If memory serves, it was about £5/£6 per day. Card payment accepted or cash. CCTV records entry and exit.
