Room was lovely, large and nicely decorated. We had a balcony overlooking the lively high street. Enjoyed people watching but had to ask for chairs to put on the balcony. Not enough made of the balcony.
Two ready made coffees in disposable cups in the room. No other tea or coffee making facilities. No toiletries.
Carpeted halls leading to room smelt old and dirty.
Unfortunately despite the great room and location our stay in Tenby House was one which was shadowed by a feeling that the place wasn’t doing well and couldn’t be bothered to make the effort to change that. Even in Covid 19 there is no excuse for a lack of teas and coffees in a £90 room.
Tenby is pretty with lovely beaches but hasn’t got enough restaurants for the number of places to stay. We couldn’t find anywhere to book or turn up to on Sat night so ended up with a takeaway on the balcony.

Right in the heart of the town centre and easy to find.
It's a sprawling maze of nooks and crannies to sit and eat with an outside area too.
We went for drinks one night where you get 40minutes at your table but it was enough.
However we liked the look of the food and went back another night, and weren't disappointed. Tables are for 90 minutes when you are dining.
There was a wide range of food and drink dependent on your mood.
Tonight for us was the delicious chicken curry with chips with a cheesy garlic bread starter.
Rude not to wash it down with a Stowford Press and Pinot Grigio.
The staff did really well to try and keep everyone safe, but you can't help some people who couldn't care less, sad!
It was a great experience and kind on the pocket.
Very enjoyable.

Stayed at this Lindholme B&B this week. It is in a great location near beach and car park. It was spotlessly clean. The only downside which did spoil our stay was no cooked breakfast. We were told this before but we booked but thought it was because of the virus. But we found out it was because they were decorating the kitchen. All the other B&B were doing cooked breakfast. For the full time we were there we didn’t see a soul. We had a little white basket with a roll and yogurt and fruit and biscuits left outside our door at 8.30 every morning. I couldn’t eat it after first morning. We had to go and buy a breakfast every day. We then had to leave basket outside for collection. As I said we saw no one for the full time we were there. We could have done this at home. I’m sure it would be better at other times. But we were very disappointed at this particular visit. That’s why 3 stars. Especially because it was normal everywhere else.

We didn’t stay here but visited for drinks on a few occasions last week.
Would just like to say the staff were lovely.polite, nothing too much trouble and took the time to talk.
Every time someone left tables, benches and chairs were sanitised. Table service, staff wearing masks really organised. Best pub in Tenby.

Have been coming here every year for years on our holiday to Tenby, but was disappointed to see the change this year.

No tables were available at 7.35 and staff tried hard to turn us away when we wanted to eat (food finishes at 8pm), very reluctant to allow us to wait to see if a table became available, but eventually allowed us to sit outside. Food was overpriced considering it was very average pub grub (£15/16 for ribs/burgers, £14 for a mushroom risotto.) We're in Tenby, not on the King's Road.

However, what annoyed me the most was the young, lecherous waiter ogling my 16 year-old daughter and openly flirting with her and asking for her number in front of me. It made her feel embarrassed and awkward as well as myself and my 10 year old son. It was the first evening of our holiday and a favourite place for us to go and I didn't want to tarnish the meal and spoil things by complaining, but looking back, I really wish I had as this behaviour was unprofessional, inappropriate and unacceptable. A favourite place to go no longer. I will not be returning.

3 singles stayed there last weekend. Made to feel very welcome by staff who are doing their best to deal with covid regulations. Good pub food, good beer, excellent location surrounded by other pubs and restaurants serving a wide variety of food and drink. Private parking was a real bonus. It’s a real home from home and the rooms were excellent, obviously there has been a recent refurb.

We had a great weekend. Well done everybody who works there.

Arrived to be seated after giving our details. Ordered drinks and food at the top bar, walked down to the bottom bar and our freshly poured drinks were waiting for us. Our food must have taken no more than 20 minutes to arrive, very generous portion and really well cooked and presented. Perfect end to a family day in Tenby.

My teenage daughter is coeliac and after asking various establishments along the street what GF options they offer and being faced with the usual disappointment at their lack of knowledge, it was a wonderful relief to come across the Tenby House. Kelly greeted us at the door and explained what options were available, together with saying that the Chef would try their best to accommodate my daughter’s allergy requirements. It made our day that my daughter didn’t miss out and wasn’t made to feel different. For those that require GF, their chips are fried in a separate fryer. Well done Tenby House 10/10.

We stayed for the new year package plus 1 extra day.
Room very nice and comfortable with en-suite. Tea and coffee in room refreshed each day.
Room cleaned and refreshed each day.
Bar staff gave us a nice welcome and showed us to the room and all staff were always friendly.
Breakfast was lovely !!!!
New year package is good - the bar is a bit hectic to start as the drinks are included so everyone is at the bar but that does calm down.
We did not have a balcony room but some guests kindly invited us to share the new year from the balcony which was a great view.
Friendly atmosphere with a mix of ages.
Had a great new year in Tenby !!!

We stayed for a couple of nights, on arrival there was a mix up with our room reservation, Lesley was quick to rectify this giving us a large room overlooking the beer garden with a small balcony with a table and two chairs, which we were so grateful of. We could sit out and enjoy our complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean, a comfy huge bed, tastefully decorated. Plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits, crisps and bottle water. The en-suite was very clean well stocked with toiletries and towels.
The hotel is very well positioned in the heart of the town. The pub is busy & vibrant with plenty of seating and a welcoming atmosphere.
This was our first visit to Tenby and we were not disappointed, the beaches are outstanding and we took a boat trip to Caldey island where the beaches were stunning, crystal clear water.
We hope to visit next year and stay at Tenby house again.
Thank you Lesley for looking after us.
