Our daughter stayed at this hotel Mon 27th July for 4 nights with her friend.
Room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast although they could not go into the breakfast room, it was delivered each morning, excellent choice from Bacon, Sausage rolls, porridge & fresh fruit, coffee & orange juice.
The owners Deb and Graham were fantastic and very helpful, recommending restaurant for them to eat at, although due to Covid 19, all meals were eaten outside.
Hotel is in the centre of Tenby, great location. Will definetely return at some point during this year.

Our first time in Tenby and the guest house is in a great spot for getting to the centre of Tenby, to all the bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.
The breakfast was free and we gave our choice the night before.
Because of Covid the dining room was not open and breakfast was brought to our room, so the menu was limited. We had choice of bacon or sausage sandwiches, cheese omelette, fresh fruit and porridge.
All were brought in take away packaging in brown paper bags. We had fresh cafetière coffee and orange juice.
Little tables were provided in our rooms to eat off, but it was a bit cramped. I’m sure if they had chosen to have two sittings at breakfast it would have been so much easier and people would have been at a safe distance. Maybe it’s something they will consider.
All in all a lovely guest house and the owners were really friendly and helpful people

Response from graham lightwood, Owner at Langdon Villa Guest House

Thank you for your review. We have put a lot of thought into our alternative breakfast menu and service to the rooms which has been very well received and guests have enjoyed a relaxed breakfast in their rooms. If we returned to using the breakfast room at this time we would need to have three sittings to limit the risk to guests which is not practical time wise. while we consider our guests safety of paramount importance we also have to consider our safety too and we will continue operate in this way for the foreseeable future.

Just returned from a 3 night stay with a friend. Fantastic location for the town centre and beach , merely 5 minutes walk away.
The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and lovely quality bedding. ex Very friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. The dining room was closed at present due to restrictions but breakfast was delivered to the room, which was lovely and very tasty with a variety of options! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thankyou!!

A excellent stay and very welcoming host, Graham and Debbie have a lovely guest house, we stayed in room 2 which was a double at the back of the house. Tea and coffee supplied in the room and you can get more on your return later in the day as due to covid the rooms are not serviced but this was not an issue for us. The breakfast was very good a lovely choice, full cooked breakfast, cereals, fruit, yogurts and as much toast as you want or you can just go for scrabbled egg and beans on toast. An endless supply of coffee. We will definitely return again

We enjoyed a very pleasant two night stay at Langdon Villa. Debbie gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival and was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat, walking routes and the general history of various sites and monuments in Tenby.
Breakfast was a perfectly cooked full English with as much tea, coffee and toast as required and a selection of other items such as cereal, yoghurt and fruits also available. Debbie was attentive and knowledgeable of the local area and the dining room had a relaxed atmosphere.
The entire villa throughout was spotlessly clean.
Our room was pleasant and comfortable with everything we needed, supplied.
A fantastic location for the town and beach with parking at the train station very reasonable and convenient.
We met Graham on checking out and both he and Debbie were again very friendly and helpful.
A lovely couple of days with lovely hosts, thank you.

Langdon villa is a beautiful gem! Debbie and Graham were fantastic hosts. Debbie explained everything to us when we arrived, and made us feel so welcome!
The rooms were immaculate. Very spacious & airy with everything you need.
Breakfast is a choice of bacon/sausage sandwich or cheese omelette with tea/coffee or juice. Breakfast is delivered to your room piping hot and well presented!
It’s a 5 minute walk straight up the street to the beach or the town centre.
The train station is 2 minutes down the road where you can park for your stay.
I would defiantly stay again while in Tenby.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in this beautiful B&B. Our room was very clean with great facilities. A huge bathroom with a big shower. All Coronavirus safety measures in place to create a lovely relaxing stay. Hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent - had breakfast in room due to Coronavirus safety measures. Easy to park in the cheap multi storey carpark £4 for 24 hours. In the heart of beautiful Tenby. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

The Lightwoods run a first rate guest house in the centre of the seaside town of Tenby. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and quiet, and the rooms we used were en-suite. We had a very friendly welcome - and were introduced to their sensible and thorough covid security. . Breakfast is well organised and delicious. Our hosts were also a great source of local information. Definitely would stay there again. Only caveat (which is a common problem) is it would not be suitable if you could not manage stairs and carry your own luggage to your room.

Hello, I’m coming to stay in September. What is the situation with parking outside/nearby?
Answer from graham l
tenby1 contribution2 helpful votes
most of Tenby streets are resident parking permit only but at the bottom of warren street is the railway pay and display car park if you go onto the platform ticket machine press parking only it will give you a weeks parking ticket for £4.00 on the car park itself the machine is £4.00 per 24 hrs.
