This was our 3rd stay at the Coach and it just gets better. The rooms have undergone recent refurbishment and are immaculate. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a giant marshmallow! Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in bedroom and bathroom.

It’s the little touches that make such a difference. Fresh water is provided daily in a small wine fridge, make-up removing wipes as well as shower gel etc in the bathroom, decent sized mugs, glasses and wine glasses, and plenty of tea/coffee & milk as well as biscuits.

The breakfasts are beautifully cooked and there is a good assortment of cereal juice and fruit. There are also plenty of butter and preserves provided on the table.

Jocelyn and Mike are wonderful hosts, friendly without being ‘in your face’, nothing is too much trouble. It is like a home from home.

It’s location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk to the town centre. There is also the added advantage of free car parking just across the road.

I did a price comparison with the nearby Premier Inn and the Coach worked out cheaper even before taking parking costs into account !

I can 100% recommend staying here.

We had booked room 1 on the ground floor - an excellent sized room with everything we like - great proper fridge that got drinks cold, excellent fan and plenty of storage space.
The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of cereals, yoghurts, juices, and fruit to help yourself to. The cooked breakfast is plentiful with quality ingredients, everything is cooked by Mike and it comes to the table hot. Joycelyn waits on the tables and has it down to a fine art. She brings the coffee and teas and takes the breakfast order.

Room 1 is light and airy with a sumptuous large king bed with lovely crisp bedding - we were told Joycelyn launders everything herself.Towels and bath sheets matching the room colour scheme were soft and fluffy. Excellent shower room with good pressure and always hot water.

We loved the location preferring it to the South Beach side were we stayed in summer as it is close to North Beach and all the amenities in town are a short stroll away. It is quiet at night.
The properties on Deer Park all seem to offer secure free parking and here you are allocated a space for the whole stay. We were allowed to park on earlier than check in but when we called for the fob for the barrier the room was ready early. A plus and we settled in quickly.
Mike and Joycelyn have a great property and are friendly hosts.
We booked direct and it gets the best prices.
Thank you both for a lovely stay !

Upon arriving, we were met by Mike who showed us to our parking space in the secure car park across the road from the guesthouse. He then helped carry our bags over the road and showed us to our room which was a family room on the top floor. The room was spotless!! It was spacious with comfortable beds. We loved the added touch of a small fridge in the room which meant we could chill our tonic water, (and gin)! 😆
Hand sanitiser stations are on every floor and a lovely welcome note was left on the bed, explaining Covid-19 guidance amongst other things.
Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and all fresh and piping hot.
Both Mike and Joycelyn were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again, and thoroughly recommend it to anyone considering staying in Tenby.

My Husband and I stayed for 3 nights and it was definitely one of the nicest places I have stayed.
Mike and Joycelyn go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is to the highest standard.
On arrival you are greeted by Mike who explains everything and the great thing is the parking which comes with your stay.
The room was exceptional clean and fresh and the breakfast area was excellent with lots of choices of cereal, fresh fruit and juices.
Joycelyn is a breath of fresh air in the morning greeting all the guests and the breakfast is outstanding.
I highly recommend this as a first class stay in Tenby.
My Husband and I will most certainly be returning.

We have just had a lovely 4 night stay at the Coach Guest House in Tenby! The location is spot on...just a few minutes walk from the harbour, town and beaches. Each room has its own private parking space for the duration of your stay. Extremely useful. We received plenty of information pre-stay regarding extra measures put in place re: Covid. Hand sanitisers are on each floor to use. Breakfast was delivered to our door for our first 3 nights as the dining room was closed due to local govt regulations, however, on our last morning (3rd Aug), we were able to use the dining room for a full breakfast which was very enjoyable.
Hosts are extremely helpful and welcoming. Mike was on hand if you needed anything. A very personable guy. Will definitely come back to Tenby and this will be our first choice of where to stay! Thank You.

I was only looking for a 1 night stay and as usual opted for my usual choice of a certain chain. However their prices much more than normal ( which now i guess was down to the Blues Festival). So I started looking elsewhere, a quick search on one of the booking sites brought me to this establishment due to the rating and reciews.

Well the chains loss was certainly my gain! Couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome upon arrival, an offer to have bags carried and shown to my room!
(The main chains should take lessons in Hospitality!)

Room was womderful and had everything you could need (even small fridge with a complementary bottle of spring water)

Breakfast in the morning was lovely! Choice of cereals, fruit juices etc, tea/coffee and then the full english (or choice of). I only went for bacon/beans & scrambled eggs but that was just due to my personal preference.

If your looking for a wonderful, friendly place to stay where the food is great then look no further!

Just Remember #BookDirect with Mike & Jocelyn rather than through the Booking Sites,

We had an excellent 5 night stay
Mike and Joycelyn couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The room was extremely comfortable with an excellent shower room with really good quality shower gel and even body lotion. The breakfast was cooked to order and superb. We will definitely be going back and can't recommend this B&B highly enough. Thankyou Mike & Joyxelyn for being such great hosts. Sue & Andrew

My partner and I stayed overnight after it had been highly recommended to us by a friend. It certainly lived up to expectations. The location is perfect, only 2 minutes walk into the walls of the town. The free car park is situated opposite the guesthouse. Mike and Joycelyn were both so welcoming and the guesthouse was spotlessly clean. Lovely little touches in room such as free water in fridge, make up wipes and USB ports. Breakfast was varied, we opted for a full English which was delicious. Looking forward to staying longer on our next visit.

I can't rate this B and B highly enough, from the help and support on the phone during the booking process to the welcome we had when we arrived, I can't rate this B and B highly. We stayed during a time where there was still restrictions in place, but a lovely continental breakfast was delivered to the room each morning instead of a cooked breakfast. I felt completely safe at the B and B, the rooms were immaculate and clean and there was hand sanitiser in various stations around the B and B. Jocelyn and Mike couldn't do enough for their guests, and I would definitely stay here again when I next come to Tenby! The B and B is also in a great location in Tenby with only a 2 minute walk to all the main attractions!

We have just got back from our 5 night stay at the Coach Guest House. Our stay was faultless. Mike & Jocelyn were the perfect hosts. The location was ideal for us (with a 3 year old) - just a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches, shops & restaurants.

Every restaurant & cafe we visited was also fantastic. The shops were fab. The beaches were breathtakingly beautiful.

Our room had everything we needed & it was clear everything had been thought about. The guest house was spotlessly clean. Our daily cooked breakfast was an absolute treat & we are going to miss being so spoilt. I am not exaggerating when I say, it was the best breakfast we have had! To have a faultess breakfast 5 mornings on the bounce is extremely impressive & shows the quality & efficiency of the hosts.

We loved the communication with Mike before we visited & the app was super helpful. The carpark was also a fab addition to our stay - very handy to be so close to the beach (we kept our beach chairs/towels/buckets & spades in our boot & collected them every morning before walking to the beach).

We will 100% be returning. It was our favourite holiday as a family. Thank you for an amazing break & for treating us like old friends. So friendly, helpful & welcoming. We have already recommended the Coach Guest House to our family & friends who wish to visit Tenby.

Simply exceeded all hopes & wants. We had the best holiday. Thank you.
:)
