Hi Bristolian_Traveller Thank you for your time to post your review. Sorry that you had a disappointing experience in the hotel. During quite time of the year we serve lunch between 12-3pm then 5pm-8pm for dinner time. Being a hotel that does not mean that we serve food 24-7, due simply there is no demand for it between those times. Once the season starts again we will have food served all day. All the best

Dear 831neu Thank you for posting your review. I do apologise for the room to be missed, due to the staff overlooked the cleaning list. I believe this was sorted quickly and I am glad you enjoyed your meal in the restaurant. I agree with your comments on the hotel décor, it needs a refurbishment but we try to make it as nice as we can from the resources we have available at this time. I hope we can see you again on your next wedding anniversary. All the best Kind Regards Dora

Hi mia d Families are welcome in the hotel but unfortunately we have no extra bed facilities in the hotel anymore due to lac of storage space. Sorry that you are disappointed but we are not discriminating people, I feel that it is a quite strong word to use. We simply have no extra beds to facilitate your request, if we have family rooms available we will certainly let you know. All the best Dora
