Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After a long stay - my husband asked if they had a seasonal pitch available - they (owners) said we will have if we can contact the people who we requested to leave the pitch and site. We had the pitch this year and paid in full last February but by end of June we also had our marching orders to leave the site due to our dogs (being dogs and barking) - they only barked if another dog was too close to our caravan. Owners of the park decided every day to bring there guard dog past my van windows at all angles to encourage my two placid dogs to bark. David (misery) Mooney the owner came from his bungalow which is in line with our caravan swearing and telling me that me and my dogs would have to leave the site immediately as my puppy had just got out of a very low window and frightened another dog - he knows i am disabled - so i burst out crying and said i cant move out as i have no tow hitch and cannot move the van on my own - his reply dogs have to go now. Spoke to the owner of the dog and she was very shocked and said she was ok with my dogs. Dogs if they are placid and bark are not welcome on this site. If you play your radio/tv all day at high volume you are very welcome. His wife Julie Mooney (two faced) told my husband we could stay until end of the season without our dogs????? Got £500 back should have more towards £850 - she also put on a sob story saying that she had no bookings for tourers and couldnt rent our pitch - rubbish - i had spoken to two couples who were waiting for a pitch. Only go to this site if you are desperate and enjoy been watched 24/7.

If you want a tranquil holiday then look no more. Lovely walks, cross the river and you can walk to carew castle. Showers clean, washing machine if needed. Shop and fish and chips shop at the end of the lane, and pub. The couple that run the site are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Would recommend.

Stayed here whilst working nearby. The hosts, Julie and Dave are lovely people. Very kind of them to take me pick up my car ( twice) when it was in the garage in Pembroke. My accomodation was perfect. So clean and tidy with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend this lovely site. Pity there isn't a nice pub nearby, that would be icing on the cake. Thanks Julie and Dave. God bless you both.

Small, peaceful and relaxed site, very well kept by very nice owners. Each tourer backs onto the river bank. The location makes a great base for exploring Pembrokeshire with the pub at the entrance to the site a lovely spot to end each day. Love this place.

This site was a big let down, not a good location. Clean but tired. Dog walk was so tiny was not worth bothering. We were booked for a week, but left after 1 night. There was no tv signal or radio. A very sharp entrance to the site that is also badly signed.

Sadly we cant please everyone, the entrance is fine as we have 40 foot statics' on site without a problem. I don't know why these clients thought we were not a good location, as we are just of the main A477 so easy access to lots of good beach's and local vistor attractions, such as Oakwood, Heatherton, Tenby, Saundersfoot etc.The dog walk is a field to let your do off the lead, there is a lovely walk from the site down the estuary if you want a hike or over to Carew castle. As I told the client we have not had a problem with the TV signal, we had 8 other tourers on site the same night without a problem and we have an 8x4 foot sign, at the entrance, I am aware they had a bad journey due to road closures, so may be this was the problem.

Couldn't find this park at first..not a very good sign post..went to see where the touring caravans were and spoke to a fellow tourer to ask about the park..he informed me that 2 had already gone home and he was ready to go because the field was absolutely dreadful..yes we have had a lot of rain recently but he told us that it was running under his awning and coming up..not very good..it is obvious something is not right..won't be staying there then
