Detailed Reviews
This hotel is perfect. Firstly the location is seconds from the pier, beach, funfair and arcades. The room has absolutely everything you could ask for, they really have thought of everything. Parking is available, Upon arrival we were shown to the communal kitchen area where they have a fridge you can store your own food, cooker microwave plates cutlery etc. If we needed anything they were so helpful. Thank you Andora, you will 100% be seeing us again.

Booked a two night stay which we subsequently extended to three. Dealt with Barbara direct by phone to book. She was very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived.
All bedrooms and public areas were spotlessly clean. They were a bit on the small side but all were very comfortable with good powerful showers.
We were introduced to Sam who looks after the day to day running of the hotel. She was very helpful and made us all feel very welcome.
The location is excellent with the town centre, pier and many restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Free parking is available, although a bit of shuffling is sometimes required.
The accommodation is basic but offers good value for money in a clean and comfortable environment. It’s ideal for a few days stay with the location a big selling point.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting my friend in Southport. Hotel is in an excellent location, near the station, town centre shops and promenade. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms comfortable with a TV, tea and coffee making facilities. They do not do breakfast but they have a kitchen where you can prepare your own. This suited me as I don't eat a cooked breakfast. The room rates are very reasonable. Would highly recommend the Andora.

We stayed here for a couple of nights ,and found the owners very friendly, they went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The bedroom was clean, with nice décor, and lovely white fluffy towels. There was a very good choice at breakfast including a selection of fresh fruits, and the Full English was' fantastic ' , and was excellent value for money. It is an ideal location for the theatre and Lord Street.... A lovely family, will definitely return and recommend.

I have stayed in Southport for or five times andf this is the best B & B I have stayed in. A clean and comfortable B & B with an owner who was friendly, attentive without being intrusive and organised, the only down side was the small size of the bathroom.

Myself, my partner and elderly parents were booked to stay in this hotel. A couple of days before we were due to arrive my father sadly had a heart attack and was not able to travel. After calling and explaining this to the hotel along with documents from the hospital as proof of the incident we was rudely advised that we could not receive our money back for our room nor any good will gesture. Instead we received a rude response from the owners and after asking them to put themselves in our shoes we was rudely told they are lucky enough to never have to do that. They were rude and arrogant and took money for a room we did not even stay in due to medical reasons. It was absolutely disgusting the way we was treated and I would advise anybody not to stay here. It is diabolical!!

Placed a booking for a double room was told the room was reserved by the reception only to find on the day it wasn't me and my wife were left stranded. No attempt was made to find the member of staff that took the booking with a view to rectify the error on their part just was told no rooms available for me and my wife for the weekend absolutely disgraceful how they can treat customers this way is beyond me what an absolute joke!!

I answered the phone to you and I had no reservation for you, you said a gentleman made your reservation so I put my partner on the phone. Rory had no recollection of your reservation, then you said no it wasn't him it was another gentleman who took your booking as there is only the two of us and the prices you quoted were not the prices we charge and no deposit had been paid, we were left surprised. We apologised to you but we got the impression you were not sure where you had booked and when you told my partner to "f**k off" and put the phone down on him, we still tried to assist you. We went to one of our neighbours guest houses incase you'd booked incorrectly, as recently we'd had a few guests check in here when they'd booked the Aaron guest house. I can only again apologise I suggest when you make a reservation in a hotel you ask for an email confirmation.

Stayed here last night for just the one night whilst visiting friends, my review will just echo all of the other reviews really. Thomas the owner met us at the door with a perfect hosting manor, couldn't be a nicer man, double room was perfect and an absolute bargain of a price, fresh towels, kettle with tea and coffee, unfortunately we didn't make it to breakfast as we had a late night but on leaving we met his lovely wife and son.
We will always recommend this little hotel to friends and family
