The Heidi is an Excellent B&B with Excellent hosts, Al and Michelle are fantastic people and made us feel very welcomed. It is faultless and highly recommended will definitely be staying again. Our son had his 10th Birthday whilst staying and gave him an amazing start to celebrate. Location is perfect and you get full use of the local swimming pools. Can't speak highly enough of this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 9 (3 rooms). My husband and I had a deluxe double room which was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was delicious. The owners, Michelle and Al were really friendly and we were made to feel at home. Because there were 9 of us, we had our breakfast together in a separate dining room. Michelle and Al were so good with my grandchildren, they had their own little table at breakfast time and there were treats every day such as refillable drink holders, dot to dot books etc. It was my grandson's birthday on the last day. They had put up balloons, bought 3 little balloons for the kids and even bought my grandson a birthday present! Guests at this B&B are also allowed to use the Victoria leisure centre. If you want a lovely B&B stay here, you won't regret it.

Stayed here recently, it’s a lovely little clean bed and breakfast. Our room was small but what I expected to be honest. Michelle and her husband are very welcoming and do whatever they can for you. The breakfast was very nice and it’s located very well for you to have a nosey about Southport. A bit expensive for what it is but I’ve stayed in worse places and paid more!
