Travelling through Tow Law so my bf and I thought we'd give this place a go, being 1 of very few places serving dinner on a Saturday night. The menu is very 70's, with fish, grill and a couple of veg options. Being veggie I ordered the veggie lasagna, my bf ordered the mushroom stroganoff. I think both were supposed... More

Dear JMayHay Thank you firstly for taking the time out to review our restaurant. Secondly let me personally apologise that your recent visit was far from our usual standard of Customer Service. I am horrified and disgusted to hear about the level of service you received from one of our waiting staff. We have dealt with the staff member responsible.... More

I stayed here from for 1 night when visiting eleven arches to see the final performance of Kynren. We stayed in a family room (3 adults) at a cost of £65 including breakfast. Normally we stay at premier inns etc so I did wonder what this pub/hotel would be like for the price. We were very impressed. Extremely friendly and... More

Very much a local pub/hotel. We stopped here for Sunday lunch. The staff were very welcoming, cheerful and helpful and the place clean. The lunch was enormous. The main course of pork, beef or chicken, all came with 2 Yorkshire puddings, gravy and a large dish of 6 fresh veg. You couldn't beat this quality at the price of only... More

I've ate here many of times with friends and family and the food is delicious!! Night time meals are very tasty, lovely cooked food! Love the omelette and chips!! Staff are nice and the service is good. I'm not keen on the Sunday lunches but that's my own opinion, it's not because they aren't nice! They are! I'm just picky... More

Second visit for me to the North Point at Tow Law, and this time was as good as ever. Three of us were on a walking holiday and stayed here at the end of Day 4. I'd promised my walking buddies a friendly welcome, cheap beer, very comfortable rooms and superb food. The North Point delivered all. We would all... More

We visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch so we ordered a vegetarian Sunday lunch (just veg and a yorkie pud) a small pork and a choice of chicken salad - the food was scrummy and the service was top notch! The food was hot and tasty, delicious and when we asked for extra veg the girls brought it without any... More

Currently staying here for a few nights with my husband who is working nearby. Lovely hotel. Rooms are super clean and serviced daily. Food here is home cooked and gorgeous. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Would highly recommend :)
