They have a lounge open 24 hours, happy hour between 17:30 and 19:30 (wine until 20:30). The food is good, service is very good. All over a very good experience. The fact that the lounge is open 24/7 adds to the value. A coffee when you want, even in the middle of the night, if you can't sleep.

Love! Sofie is lovely, food is great, 11/10 Great atmosphere and the wine is great. Lots of options and tables for seating. My family travels with Marriott often and they never disappoint! I highly recommend if you happen to stay at this hotel :)

The service and the food in the executive lounge was excellent. Sofia was the stand out star for us. Her talents are wasted in the lounge. She should be promoted as she has excellent customer service skills.

We had a great experience staying at Marriott. Vaibhavi and Navdeep working in the executive lounge were wonderful and very polite. They took great care of us. Food was great. I would recommend this place to others.

We stayed here at the end of my birthday celebration in Europe. The hotel is conveniently located close to Heathrow so we could board our flight the next morning. Our room was comfortable and completely feather free as requested (due to my allergy to down feathers). We enjoyed the amenities at the club lounge (snacks and beverages) as well as the food at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Overall, we would return here when we need to be close to Heathrow.

The Executive Lounge is a pleasant, if stiff, place to dine with a lovely breakfast and dinner selection. The staff were nice, polite and made sure service kept on going. However, they were clearly harried and rushed, coming across as pushy at times.

Very convenient hotel if you have a layover at LHR. Very convenient .. nice restaurants and M club … no free shuttle but have a paid 7 pound shared shuttle service. Reason I have the 5 star is because of the people in the restaurant, from desk and M club. Rachel was amazing in the M club and great food options in the lounge

Elite lounge is very nice, Rachel very friendly and hospitable, always smiling. Good selection of food and drinks. Rooms also very nice although view of carpark even on executive floor. Reception refuse to call a taxi for you to the airport for some reason.
