Please note there's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. There's our 'grab and go' style Staycafe serving the likes of breakfast items, sandwiches, paninis and pizzas, as well as beer, wine and spirits. To get you started in the morning (and to keep you going throughout the day), this also serves a fantastic range of Starbucks drinks, which use the same ingredients and are served to the same standard as any Starbucks store. Meanwhile, on the first floor, there's takaa tak+ restaurant. One of the best things about takaa tak+ (apart from their curries), is the beautiful outdoor terrace, which really comes in to its own on a sunny day.

We were taking our university aged son to Heathrow to leave for a year abroad during covid restrictions. As it was an early flight and we were travelling from far away we chose to find a hotel so he could be close by for his early start. We made a trip of it as his sisters came too so there were 5 of us, a number usually hard to accommodate in a family room. We looked for two rooms initially but the option of sharing an apartment turned out to be a similar (or cheaper) option and 10x nicer!
Our apartment was on the 6th floor, at the end of a long corridor. It had a lobby where we parked the cases, a bathroom with a shower over bath, a double bedroom with a very nice ensuite shower room, a twin room and a large living space with kitchenette, dining table, tv and large sofa bed (which opened into two singles). There were large windows in the bedrooms and living room.
Our welcome was great with a fab reception. I had tried to pre book a parking space in their secure carpark but had been told it was full so was delighted when told they had a space (£15 for the night and worth every penny imo for the convenience).
Their covid procedures felt excellent. Having stayed at another hotel a few weeks previously this felt far superior. There was rules against sharing lifts and the apartment was exceptionally clean and the door secured with a sticker stating when
cleaned.
We bought food with us so we used the kitchen to cook pizzas. The hotel was quiet and we had a very good night's sleep before our early start.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to families.

I am relatively familiar with what London has to offer for the budget conscious traveller, having spent many nights in numerous hotels and apartments across the city. Staycity offers a standard of accommodation that is exceptionally high, with comprehensively equipped, minimum fuss rooms, studios and apartments at a very fair price, especially when compared with what's on offer in slightly more central locations.

The front of house management and staff are all excellent... friendly, straightforward, attentive and helpful .... always willing to do whatever they can to make the stay comfortable and free from unnecessary paperwork and fuss. (Andrea has been particularly patient and professional in handling my ongoing ineptitude for booking the correct type of room. Numerous times she put things in order quickly and with good humour).

Other plus points of Staycity include convenient location for getting to and from Heathrow Airport, short distance and time getting into West London (including the West end), Secure on sight car-parking facilities which can be booked online in advance or at the reception) and a restaurant inside the complex and in room dining.

We use this hotel a lot for work, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's a real home from home. The reception staff are brilliant, and very friendly. The rooms are modern and clean, and come with a kitchen, which means we can cook our own meals and not have to rely on takeaways. There is an in-house Indian restaurant on the first floor, which is great for a treat. Overall, staying here is a wonderful experience... five stars!

It is quite close to heathrow and close to M4 so easy to drive into London.

The room we have is good size, but really not as bright and shining as the picture is shown. the corridor to the room is long a dark and sometimes a bit of smelly. They provide very very basic one type of gel for both shower and shampoo so if you look after your hair you need to bring yours.

It is aparthotel so they only provide one time of room cleaning for every 7 days stay. They do provide service to change towel everyday.

Parking is easy with prior application and a daily fee you can park your car.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our aparthotel. We were very sorry to read of the dissatisfaction that you felt regarding the standard of the facilities in your apartment. We take such matters very seriously, for which reason we are more than willing to offer a room transfer to our guests (subject to availability) if the spare stock cannot be sourced for the original apartment. Our reception team is available 24 hours a day and more than willing to assist in attempting to procure missing items. We ask our guests to please never hesitate in contacting us if the apartments are not to their complete satisfaction. Regarding the cleaning schedule, as we sell serviced apartments rather than hotel rooms this takes place on a once-weekly basis as standard. This also allows us to reduce costs overall for our guests. We do in fact have a provision to offer more frequent cleaning at an additional charge - £20 per clean for a studio apartment and £25 for a one-bedroom We very much look forward to being able to welcome you again in the near future. Kind regards, .

We stayed there one night in one of their deluxe 2 bedroom apartments. One important detail they fail to mention is that this building is right next to a rail station with trains running all night long. This so called deluxe apartment was right above the train tracks. I actually specifically called a week before arrival and asked how noisy is that location, the reply was it’s quite a quiet road - what a joke! The apartment was mostly clean apart from a sofa that felt like you are sitting on fibreglass and blood stains on one of the bedroom duvets. We came down to breakfast at 09:20am (breakfast last till 10) and every single food tray and pastry basket was empty. I was waiting for them to be filled up while one of the staff members asked me what was I waiting for…. For the price we paid, we could have had 3 bedrooms in a premier inn,,,

My stay at the Staycity Aparthotel in Heathrow was exceptional. I booked a studio apartment which had the abeyance feel of a home away from home, the apartment was comfortable and exceptionally clean. I had an areal window view from the apartment which was welcoming.
The staff were always friendly and helpful and one of the receptionist was exceptionally friendly Mr. Mannish when I need a cup of American coffee with cream. I highly recommend staying at this hotel is located conveniently (7) minutes from Heathrow Airport via rail transport

After a 24 hour flight from Australia we were feeling very tired and just wanted our bed and a hot shower. On arrival, the night manager noticed we had two rather tall sons and quite a few suitcases. We were booked into a one bedroom apartment and she upgraded us to a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment free of charge which was a pleasant surprise and great way to commence our journey. When we checked out the next morning, the same manager was on and couldn't have been lovelier!

My review cannot be viewed at Google. I don't know why.

We put the sign of collecting rubbish but they never collect it within the period they mentioned. The rubbish bin cannot be closed and it was so smelly because we cooked. We tried to contact reception but there's no reply from the them via WhatsApp, have to wait in the room whole day for the toiletries and collecting the rubbish because we send the message in the morning and the staff reached our room around 4pm, no single message before that.

The bathroom is smelly with drainage problem, they make us tolerate it for two weeks and no replies after we reported the issues through all the communication channels.

There's strange and unpleasant smell throughout the corridor.

We asked the receptionist if there's any letters for us. He asked us to pick our letter from a pile of letters they received.

When we checked in, the receptionist took a very long time to record our passports details

The receptionist were rude attitude towards us, never see any smile from them.

When we checked out, a female staff knocked our door and asked us to check out ten minutes before the checking out time

The place was not clean and tidy. Kitchenette is not clean and item missing. There's poop-like smell from the dishwasher. The window was dusty. Rubbish bin cannot be closed.

The so-called taxi calling service is not existing, they gave us a number to call, and it is more expensive than Uber/similar services

We booked a double bed and we checked in on time. But they told us the as aparthotel was fully booked. They merged two single beds together to form a double bed for us. There's a gap between us.

The metal chairs were rusted.

There's strange noise in the room every midnight, not sure if it's from the "kitchen" or air conditioner.

I stayed at StayCity Heathrow for 2 days at the end of my recent trip when things went south at the AirBnB I had booked in the downtown core. I generally prefer to book AirBnBs for longer stays because they offer the home conveniences of equipped kitchens and access to laundry in an affordable way that most hotels do not.

So, when I had to transition to a new accommodation, I was looking for a hotel with home-like amenities like kitchen and laundry. Staycity Heathrow came up for a good price in a convenient location so I booked it.

I was extremely pleased with the facility, the room, the location, and the service. StayCity gave me everything I was looking for with an AirBnB with the added benefits of a professionally-run hotel: security, cleanliness, code adherence, sound proofing, and extra amenities like a gym, bar, etc.

The wifi was strong and great for streaming, but a TV was also provided with a robust cable package.

I'm amazed by all I got from my stay for such a low price.

We booked a two night stay at Staycity for the first week of the Easter school holidays with our family (two boys aged 15 and 11)

Having stayed at the same Staycity a couple of times previously (before Covid) we were familiar with the location and chose it due to the proximity to the motorway (I don’t like driving this close to London) and the fact it is so close (next door) to the railway station which takes you into central London in less than 20min.

We arrived on Monday 08/04 at around midday with check in at 3pm. Our intention was to go into London to visit some of the attractions and check in later that day.

Having booked car parking I went into reception and gave my vehicle details. I explained we would quite happily check in on our return. However a very helpful lady on reception (not sure of name but I assume the manager) said it would be fine for us to check in then. To our surprise she also explained she would upgrade us to a two bedroom apartment free of charge as one was available (we originally booked a one bedroom).

Not only did this give us more space it effectively started our break earlier as we had checked in and were in London by around 1pm and were free to enjoy the rest of the day having unpacked and checked in to our accommodation.

Since our last visit some of the areas had been updated there was now a fitness room, bar serving Starbucks coffee and a restaurant attached which looked lovely - albeit we didn’t get to try it in the short time we stayed.

Our room was far more spacious than we anticipated (due to the upgrade) it was clean and well presented with a lovely waterfall shower in the bathroom.

We love the concept of staycity as it is great to sit on a sofa watch TV and relax after a day around London, as opposed to all of us being in a hotel room.

With a Railcard we paid less than £25 per day for us all to get in and out of London and have unlimited tube travel which we thought was very cheap.

We had a great break in London and would without hesitation return again to this Staycity. It is cheaper than the central London locations and we actually prefer staying out of the Centre and traveling in. I guess this is personal preference.

Every member of staff we met was friendly, helpful and accommodating - without exception. We enjoyed our short break in London and would not hesitate to return again to this Staycity Thank you all 👏👏

Si, ma si deve prenotare e costa 15 Euro per giorno.Guardi qui: We have a 24-hour secure parking facility for £15 per car per night. Space is limited, so make sure to book ahead. The entrance is via the large gate between Tesco and our entrance. Press 3939 to confirm your name with concierge. Once inside drive towards the sliding gate marked as Staycity in yellow. Choose a Staycity marked bay (1-47 or 56-62). Fines will be imposed by a third party for parking in any other bays. Once checked in you will receive a permit which needs to be displayed in your car at all times. If you do not pre-book your parking, when you arrive at Station Approach Road, park in the temporary bays on the right. These can be used for 20 minutes at a time while you book your space.
