This hotel was convenient for an early morning flight from Heathrow it was only a short hoppa trip to the terminal. It was clean and the service was good and Wi Fi worked well. I had an evening meal which was pleasant and the service was good. Food and drink was quite expensive although probably typical of hotels in this area.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to allow time for a Covid test and being close to the airport for a flight 2 days later. Everything in terms of the room and hotel facilities was clean, comfortable, practical, easy to use and generally as you would expect of a chain such as Premier Inn.

The staff were what really stood out about this location though. For the entire duration of our stay, every single team member we interacted with in any way was polite, helpful, kind and generally went out of their way to provide everything we needed, and make our stay as good as it could be. If Premier Inn have an awards scheme for their staff, they should all be given one!

The location is also excellent, being less than 10 minutes drive to all Heathrow terminals, but still far enough away from the flight paths and motorway to be quiet when needed. The bed was a little firm for my liking, however this is down to my own personal preferences, and no reflection of the bad/mattress quality which were both very good. The parking is also half the price of the other Heathrow hotels that sit just inside the airport boundary, which is a nice bonus and a saving which can quickly add up if you're staying a few days.

The restaurant inside the hotel is also comfortable and provides a decent range of tasty, well priced meals, many of which can be eaten in your room if you wish.

Overall, this stay was one of the best I've had at a chain hotel of this kind, and I would absolutely go back again for any future stays near Heathrow Airport. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions in recen5 months and the experience is always positive . The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff always make you feel welcome . The restaurant staff in particular are fantastic and the waitress called Happy (Her nickname) exemplifies the true meaning of customer service perfectly .

The room rates are competitively priced and there is plenty of onsite parking available. I have stayed in over 100 premier inn’s in the past year and tthe customer service here is one of the best

Very comfortable bed, good sized room but staff at reception are cold and distant, and severely lack something called "customer service". After a 14 hour flight, I was advised that breakfast is not served until 6:30 AM, but I needed to check-out at 6:15 AM so that I would have enough time to get the Hotel Hoppa back to Heathrow Airport for my next flight. I asked for a refund which they were happy to process, but they made me stand there for 10 minutes only later to be told "the paper is jammed". The man who was trying to print out my refund didn't bother telling me this and it was only after the female receptionist came back into the room that she told me. I asked them why they couldn't be bothered to tell me this sooner instead of making me stand here for 10 minutes. "I'm telling you now," the rude woman's response. After a 14 hour flight, severe jetlag and with the time approaching 8 PM, they couldn't think to be courteous and offer to bring the receipt to my room so I didn't need to stand there for that long. Unacceptable.

We were staying at this hotel as it is close to our son's home in West Drayton and have stayed here on 4 previous occasions and usually consider it to be good value for money.
We stayed for three nights and found the bed to be comfortable. The air conditioning was very noisy and kept us awake but we needed it on otherwise the room would have been too hot for sleeping. We also feel the hotel decor is starting to look a little tired and could do with a freshen up.
The main disappointment was that on arrival there was no receptionist at the desk. We had to ring the bell about six times and eventually we had to go find a staff member in the restaurant and ask them to notify reception we were waiting to check in.
We stayed three nights and during this time no cleaning was carried out (presumably due to covid ) and for this reason the cleanliness of the room and bathroom facilities felt compromised.
We were told we had to ask for extra tea, coffee, milk, toilet rolls and towels at reception and felt that waiting for receptionist to come to the desk to collect these items was annoying. As hotel guests you shouldn't have to wait for receptionist to answer the bell every time you need something.

We feel that what was provided during our stay wasvery basic and for what we paid was just OK , but at the very least, reception should be manned 24 hours a day to provide guests with a much better and speedier service.

The hotel was absolutely fine; it was clean, the beds were comfortable and we checked in easily. The problems started in the morning. We went to breakfast being told we needed to book in, which is fine and we booked in for 9am. We came back at 5 to 9 and was stood at the door until 9:30. We were basically ignored apart from being told it’d be 5 minutes because they were understaffed. I work in hospitality also so I understand how stressful it can be when you don’t have enough staff. However this was no excuse for being ignored and having to wait for half an hour when we had a booking for 9. There was about 7 or 8 tables in the restaurant all together and most of them were empty and just needed to be cleaned. The man on the door was also doing drinks orders which was fine but he could’ve cleaned the tables to get people at least seated. A queue of people started forming behind us. When we were seated he took about 10 minutes to come over and take our drinks order. We asked if we could order the food at the same time because we were ready to and he said he couldn’t take our food order and we had to wait for his colleague. Bearing in mind this was supposed to be a buffet style breakfast and at this point there was only 20 minutes left of breakfast and they still hadn’t taken our food order (they have to take your order rather than you getting it yourself now due to covid procedures). Finally after the second man coming over and taking our order the service seemed to be okay because he brought out most of the food pretty fast and it was actually very good. However he missed off quite a few things and so had to go back and forth to get them. Topping this all off he handed me a plate that was boiling hot, it was clearly sat under a lamp of some sort and I burned 2 of my fingers. I dropped the plate on the table and he didn’t apologise or anything. He just ignored it even though I’d made it very obvious that I was burnt. When we went to pay for the breakfast there was nobody at the desk for a while so we decided to go and pack up our room and pay for it when we check out. Within minutes of being back in the room we had a very rude call saying that we had to come down to pay for our food. We explained that we’d be down in about 20 minutes because there was nobody at the desk and we were already back in our room packing up. We had about a 5 hour drive to get back to Devon so we wanted to get on the road as quickly as possible. Overall, pretty poor.

We stayed here for a trip to Legoland. Excellent location as it was a 20minute drive to Legoland. Price was fantastic. The hotel is right near the M4 but we never heard a single noise from the motorway. Glen especially was really friendly and accommodating when serving breakfast. Room was clean. Would definitely return here.
The only reason I gave a 3 on sleep quality was that someone was loudly stomping around in the room above for 30 minutes from 3am! But I understand that being near an airport you might get this.

The staff were all welcoming and friendly, the hotel was clean to a high standard and the rooms spacious and well maintained.

The restaurant staff were extremely helpful when asked about ordering food for take away up to my room and put my courses on a tray with foil which no other Premier Inn I have stayed in have ever done.

All in all an excellent experience.

I checked in and on the first night I reported to nelson that my nephews bed in the family room the mattress was very springy as they were sticking out into his back. I told the night staff and they said that they could not do anything and they will tell the housekeeping in the morning. I then told the morning staff about this and was promised the bed will be replaced. I went to London zoo and did other tourist things come back to find out nothing had been done as they promised the bed wasn’t changed nothing. I then went to the night staff and asked what the hell had happened and they told me that they can check for another bed keeping in mind I got back at 1100 and they told me they were looking into it and told me to wait. Two hours went by no one done nothing I went out and they said the only thing to do is give a duvet which did not help at all the children had gone to sleep bless them so I had to take the duvet and wake my nephew up to put it under him but this did not make much of a difference. My room where I slept smelt like sick I told the staff on the first day and they said they will get housekeeping to clean so the whole night I had to smell that disgusting smell. The next day nothing was done apart from spray a air freshener from the looks of it. My bed was very uncomfortable and the staff said it was a Hypnos bed but did not feel like it. I found pubic hair on the first day in my bed too before we used the bed. Did not expect this from premier inn. Very disappointing.
