Great room and warm welcome. Room was airy with a great bathroom. You have use of a living area and the breakfast was superb. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Can't recommend enough for location and old world charm , but with a nice modern feel.
Two nights B&B for a wedding in Midhurst. From first contacting Sarah to leaving on Sunday morning everything was perfect. Just remember to wear your pyjamas when going to the bathroom, so that walkers on the path don't see you in your birthday suit or remember to close the…

I was in the area for a wedding and this place was exactly what I needed. Welcoming, cosy and attractive. The owner was very accommodating and the breakfast was lovely. I must find another reason to visit again!
"All good !"
"Both rooms are lovely, but for a bath go for the Cobden room."
"The small room (with WC, shower and sink) gives you all the benefits of exellent BnB, but the large room will add the luxury of a large bathroom with a tub and a built-in wardrobe complete with iron/board, hairdryer, etc.."
"Both rooms are up some steep stairs - may be pack a smaller bag to help with moving luggage. Cobden room is delightful."
"Both rooms have showers. If you like a bathtub, book the Cobden Room. I had the room on street side (Wells), but it wasn't noisy."
