Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great size room and very clean. Staff were very friendly but most importantly TRUSTWORTHY. When leaving the room to go to check out, I left my rings behind and a member of staff put them in the reception safe, for me to return and collect. I Cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for this. Wonderful service THANK YOU.

Chose this hotel for it's price and location. Close to train, bus and town and has parking for those driving. An easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants, well as easy as it can be for s town built on the side of a hill! My room was clean and well presented and the shower room was great too. Bar restaurant available in the hotel for thos who don't want to venture out open till late. I will stay here again

On arrival the member of staff was lovely and made me feel welcome. Reasons for a 4 not 5 . Room was rather small, would be rather cozy for 2. All other travelodge s I have stayed in the rooms where definitely much bigger. The heating system was noisy, definitely couldn't sleep with it on. Hallway light was on all night, so room never got dark. Positive points. Comfy bed, quiet hotel. Breakfast plentiful. Very powerful shower. Plenty of parking. Close to town and public transport. Lot of options for meals close by. Tesco minutes away for any supplies. Staff happy to replenish tea/coffee etc, which was good as only 1 tea bag had been supplied. All staff I met very friendly. Overall had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

The best night stay at Stirling City Centre Travelodge, the staff were so welcoming and very willing to go above and beyond to make our stay as amazing as it was, great sleep and very quite too with hardly any noise! Breakfast was just the best too! Carol-Ann checked us in and I must say I would give her 10/10 for making us feel just like we were at home, so comfortable, and Denise the housekeeper too made sure we had all we needed for our room too! Excellent hotel and will for sure be back! Good work guys!

I enjoyed my trip very much. Clean comfortable and quiet hotel. Very handy for the city centre. Within easy drive of The Trossachs and the Highlands. Easy to find and food/drink on site so no need to leave hotel to find anything

Generally a very good travelodge, well located and ok condition as relatively new building. As its in a tourist town, be prepared for it always being full and often with coach loads. Can be quite busy/noisy.

I spent the week at the Stirling City Centre Travelodge and found it an excellent experience from beginning to end. The room was clean and tidy with a very comfy bed (Slept like a log!) and the heating controls actually worked! ( unlike most budget hotels I've stayed in where they bake you alive regardless what the control temperature is set to!). The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made me feel welcome throughout the week. I didn't try the Breakfasts but the food in the evening certainly hit the spot, especially the burgers and pizzas which were washed down with a nice pint of cold beer! What more could you ask for after a days grafting!

A very clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly and helpful. For a couple of nights stay, we were close to all amenities, Central Station, Thistle shopping centre and Vue cinema.

Not the nicest example of a travelodge. Bathroom smelly. Room was OK. It's next to the railway line so don't pick if you are a light sleeper. Not the hotels fault. Cleaner was lovely when we told her about the bathroom but only staying one night so not sure if something done about our complaint. Plenty of hotel car park spaces which was a big plus mind you. Breakfast was rubbish. Skip it. Not worth the money.

Love this hotel in Stirling. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff always friendly and cheerful. It is a five minute walk from the train and bus stations. Also a few minutes walk to the shopping area and the castle. A nice big Tesco supermarket round the corner from the hotel handy to top up with some snacks for the room.
