Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely B and B in a quiet area of Stirling. Within walking distance of the town and good eating places. The room was very well appointed with comfortable bed, fridge and lovely fittings. Breakfast was excellent and a good choice. Lovely helpful hosts. Excellent value for money too.

We stayed two nights and were made very welcome by the host. This was high quality accommodation and a super breakfast. The friendly helpful service helped us to enjoy local eating places. This is a quiet neighbourhood with easy parking close to city centre. We'll be back!!

4th stay in as many years, always feels a bit like returning home! Stirling is such a convenient place to stay as it's a great base when sightseeing. We were very impressed with the standards delivered by Annette and Nori at Abbeycraig, in 2014 and again in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, a very warm welcome, always.

This was our 2nd visit to Abbeycraig and it certainly did not dissappoint, we had gone with my parents for a birthday treat for mams 80th birthday, we had beautiful rooms just off the front door with lovely views of the Wallace monument . Rooms to a very good standard The hospitality is excellant and you are made really wecome with a genuine interest in your stay, breakfast was brilliant with a good selection of fresh fruit to hand and good quality cooked food . Good base for travelling to scenic areas Would not stay anywhere else if we were in the area .

This is an excellent B&B. My friend and I had a spacious twin room with very comfortable beds; roomy ensuite with powerful shower; huge hanging space and plenty shelves for large amount of clothes! Also the usual tea, coffee and biscuits. Everywhere was so clean and fresh. The proprietors were warm, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We were there three nights and enjoyed excellent breakfasts every morning and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this excellent Bed & Breakfast establishment and made our visit to Stirling extra enjoyable😄👏👏👍! Thank you Annette for everything you did to make our time so memorable!

Wow!!!! Stunning house should be classed as a boutique hotel rather than a B&B. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to either the university or the town. Due to circumstances I didn't have breakfast but enjoyed some fresh fruit and cereal before heading to work

We love Stirling as it has so much to offer, and it is in easy reach of so many other locations, eg Edinburgh, Glasgow, Falkirk for the wheel and the Kelpies. And there is no better place to stay in Stirling than Abbey Craig. Annette runs this B&B to a very high standard. The rooms are superb, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Breakfasts are excellent. This was our third stay here and I'm sure we will stay here again in the not to distant future.

A friend and I stayed here 2 nights. Probably the best shower I encountered during 11 days in Scotland. Annette's breakfasts were more than ample with delicious fresh fruit, cheese, and breads in addition to the hot entrée option. Easy walking distance to Birds & Bees pub as well as easy access to roads for local sites.

We were so happy to stay a week at Abbey Craig Bed and Breakfast. It is so central for travel to Glasgow, Edinburgh, and the Trossachs area. Annette is probably one of the kindest, most attentive, and welcoming of hostesses in our travel experiences. Breakfasts were delicious. The ensuite room was comfortable. We highly recommend this property!
