Lovely room in a beautiful house. Great choice for breakfast with cooked food served hot and quickly.Warm, well furnished room with all the usual luxuries and a massive en-suite. Everything immaculate, yet homely. Alison is superb and hubby even had a solution when I locked myself out of my car. Hope to bring my wife next time for a quiet,...

Great location - frequent buses straight into Stirling, to Bridge of Allan and University. Very clean. Good choice for breakfast, including a cooked vegetarian option. Downside, owner wasn't there when we arrived, and there was no message for us. It turned out that she had an understandable reason for being delayed, and that the note she'd left on the door...

We booked two rooms for one night at the Old Tram and were delighted with our stay. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is very convenient to the university and the Wallace Monument and only a short drive to Stirling Castle.

Well, I must say that I was impressed. Stayed for one night after bringing our son up to Stirling University. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly and cheerful landlady. Taken to our room at the rear of the building overlooking a small garden. The room was twin bedded, ensuite, and very clean and tidy. The room, some...

The pictures are not misleading - this B&B was exactly as we had hoped it would be. Spotlessly clean, lovely room, great breakfast - worth every penny. The only problem we ran into was a glitch in the mastercard billing which Alison tended to in a timely manner. I'm not noting this as a complaint AT ALL but rather as...

Comfortable and cozy bed and breakfast if you like French provincial furnishings. Very convenient location in Stirling. Plates and cups on breakfast table could have been cleaner but the food was very good. The innkeeper Allison was very pleasant. We spent one night, booked two rooms.

A lovely furnished place, almost like a real life doll house, Alison really has the Victorian theme fully in her hands. The place isnt really suitable for small kids, too much to play with and potentially break. But if travelling without kids, dont hesitate.

The bedrooms are well furnished, the beds comfortable, the breakfast good; all you need for a restful stop-over ... Alison was very charming, we had a great laugh at breakfast; maybe just the shower on the 3rd floor requires more power to have a decent shower

Stirling is well worth visiting while in Scotland, and staying at the Old Tram House is the perfect location and the hostess, Alison, is a true delight! The B&B is conveniently located, the breakfast is substantial and the rooms are clean and comfortable. While we were there, I ended up having a medical issue and Alison was wonderful, allowing us...
