We booked this at short notice as we wanted to cone to the area to look at property. This was the best guest house we have ever stayed at. It was advertised as a dog friendly guest house, and it certainly was. As we entered the guest house there was a basket filled with "poo"bags and towels to dry the dogs... More

We had an apartment booked on the Gower Peninsula, they unfortunately had to cancel us at short notice due to a water leak, after some Google searching and phone calls to find an alternative dog friendly place, with no luck, a place and what a great place. Vine cottage is the most welcoming and friendly B+B I have ever stayed... More

Tea was served by our lovely host in the glorious garden on our arrival, with biscuits for us and treats for our dog. Our rooms were very comfortable and well presented, with fresh milk provided in a flask for our own tea/coffee. Breakfast was delicious with the added bonus of a special sausage prepared for Katie dog. Vine Cottage allows... More

Lovely b&b, dog friendly. Welcoming and easy going owner. Within walking distance of central Saundersfoot, a perfect stroll to the beach. Highly recommended. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Much enjoyed stay.

OK, so Saundersfoot itself isn't the most salubrious of places, but Vine Cottage proved the perfect base for our four-day exploration of Pembrokeshire. They are not dog friendly; they are dog-ever-so-friendly which is a welcome change to most B&Bs! Helen gave us a cuppa in the beautiful, enclosed gardens on arrival (extra marks for the no-dribble teapot.). Daisy dog got... More

Returned here having stayed last June. It was as good as I remembered, with friendly but non-intrusive proprietors who get that tricky balance just right. The gardens were lovely, with plenty of Spring blossom on the trees and in the orchard. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and as good as I've had. I really can't fault Vine Cottage.

Our stay was comfortable and we received a warm welcome from David. The room was just right for us both and our small dog, with all the facilities required. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice, and a coffee pot which didn't drip which is unusual in lots of places these days. Our dog enjoyed his own sausage generously provided... More

Im was amazed how beautiful it was, usually when taking dogs youre given manky rooms but this place was gorgeous! Clean, friendly, great food, beautiful gardens. Nothing was too much trouble. A cuppa on arrival, very friendly hosts. Nice and quiet.

Cannot fault our stay here! The hosts were very welcoming, and you felt it was a home from home. It is promoted as a pet friendly place, and you can certainly see why but we stayed there not having pets and the rooms were very clean. The rooms were very spacious, with excellent en suite facilities, very comfortable beds and... More
