We stayed in a two bedroom older caravan which was clean and comfortable. We had a very secluded decked area with views out to sea which was lovely to sit and read.
The site is on a steep hillside with paths leading off which are beautifully planted with a variety of plants, some quite unusual. This accompanied by the views looking out to sea along with the warm sunny weather really made us feel like we were in the med.
We didn't use the pool as it was beach weather all week. We found all staff we met to be friendly and any queries we had were quickly answered.
As said earlier our caravan was clean and comfortable. It was an older caravan but it was well maintained with central heating and double glazing. Main bedroom was large with a full size double bed and plenty of storage space and hangers. A small ensuite toilet and sink led off this bedroom. The second bedroom was smaller and had two single beds and a small wardrobe. Main bathroom had a large shower cubicle with a strong water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked but i did miss an electric kettle. Old style hob kettle was supplied but it takes forever to boil.
Good sized fridge freezer and powerful microwave.
Saundersfoot and the surrounding are was very busy so this quiet site was a welcome retreat. We would definitely pick Swallow Tree Gardens to stay at when in the area again

Just arrived home after another relaxing holiday at Swallow Trees. We booked the Executive plus caravan which we have stayed in before. The caravan was cleaned to an inch of its life and with Covid 19 ,toilet paper etc was supplied this time. The only thing that had changed was the swimming pool times as you need to book your time slots as obviously only six people are allowed in at any one time, but this worked fine. When we arrived we did not have hot water and phoned reception. Within 5 minutes it was sorted so thank .After a four year break, we were so happy to have our staycation at Swallow Trees. The perfect place to relax and chill out but near enough to lots of beautiful places to visit. We remembered why we have returned 7 times. Thank you.

This is a beautifully laid out caravan site, quiet, well planned and with lovely staff. It was a wonderful treat to have a swimming pool, steam room and sauna. There is a short walk down to a private cove which is stony when the tide is in and lovely stretch of sand when the tide is out. You can walk to saundersfoot easily over the coastal path or over the beach when the tide is out.
We stayed in one of the cheaper vans and it was the equivalent of one of the more expensive vans on other sites we have stayed in. Beautifully clean on arrival with our beds made up. Good kitchen equipment and well equipped with a large TV. The only negative part of the whole experience was when asking someone about booking for next year we were told there were no prices yet but we could book something on this year's prices and put a deposit down but that the price would definitely go up - but they didn't know what to. This. Put us off as we would not like to put a deposit down on something we couldn't then later afford.
But everything else was amazing

From the moment we drove into Swallowtree woods & caught the first glimpse of the sea- we instantly relaxed! We stayed in Kittiwake lodge which had wonderful views of the coastline from the bedrooms & the lounge and an extra bonus was relaxing in the hot tub looking out to sea. The site holds many happy memories for us & is beautiful kept - improving every time we visit. We will definitely be back . Thank you

Spent a really relaxing and rejuvenating April weekend at Swallow Tree. We stayed in the Ambassador caravan with our toddler. The staff were really helpful and provided a travel cot (set up instead of one of the single beds, so it didn't take up living room space), high chair, plug socket guards and black out blind. The caravan itself was comfortable and clean, with a new sofa, great shower and well equipped kitchen.

The park is well cared for, with lots of flowers and shrubs and stunning views across the bay. The pool and sauna were clean, easy to access and very relaxing! There's a short path direct to the beach and the coastal path, which is steep and not pram friendly. From the beach you can walk to Saundersfoot at low tide, or it's 25 min on the coastal path, or 25 min via the main road.

Already planning a return visit, thanks for a wonderful break!

If you do visit with a toddler, our top tip is to bring lots of stretchy hair ties to keep the cupboards closed, because there's lots of them!!

Just stayed at Swallow Tree Gardens again after several years. Happy to say it’s as nice as ever. Lovely quiet location. We had an older but very well equipped and spotlessly clean “Executive” caravan (number 34) with nice views of the sea and gardens.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I commented that the bed was uncomfortably hard (I wasn’t complaining, we were just talking) and within an hour they phoned to say they had told the owner and would bring a new mattress that afternoon! When they came it was brand new, still in the wrapping!.
Overall, highly recommended and we have already booked another week later in the year.

This has to be one of the most beautiful holiday sites around. It is so beautifully landscaped you really feel like your in your own little garden. The little spot outside the kitchen window saw a pair of blackbirds picking blackberries, a pair of vibrant bullfinch, a cheeky robin and rabbits! The bedroom in the executive caravans was king-size and the nights so dark and peaceful, I've never slept so well! We didn't have much contact with the staff aside from arrival day, but they were so friendly. I hope to return one day.

What an absolute gem this site is.
We stayed here for four nights in one of the caravan fleet. It really is a beautiful site with friendly, helpful staff who really care about your experience.
The caravan was lovely. There was a little patio area outside and the views over the bay were just stunning.

We have just returned from a weeks stay in a luxury lodge on the Swallow Tree Gardens site. I cannot recommend the lodge enough. Spotlessly clean and fitted out to a very high spec it was just perfect. The hot tub with views over the site out to the sea was incredible. We would not hesitate to visit again.

We have stayed at swallow tree for a week with 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed in a caravan which was fabulously clean and well equipped with everything you would require. On arrival we found the reception hospitality very warm and welcoming . The park itself is just outside Saundersfoot and the walks to the village are out of this world either through the woods, across the open sandy beach or down the road. The path way at the bottom of the park leads to a private cove with beautiful views the children loved the cove doing thinks kids should do . On site there are a restaurant, laundrette facilities, a fabulous swimming pool never overcrowded, sauna and steam room plus a small shop . Overall we as a family would recommend this very clean attractive park to anyone a little gem in Pembrokeshire. .

Hello Kath, Denise has it pretty much spot on. It is smashing that she likes it so much here. I just wanted to update that we no longer have a bar or restaurant here. Luckily there are many great places to eat in Saundersfoot and Tenby.
