And comfort we have in spades - the hotel features our new generation rooms, with an impressive 40" flat screen TV, freshly-updated bathroom with large shower head, and brand new, slumber-inducing, king-size bed. Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Premier Inns are always of reliably good quality but our stay prompted me to write a 5 star review. We stayed 2 nights with a group of friends on a church bellringing tour. The rooms were excellent as always and reception efficient and welcoming. The stand out was the breakfast experience. Great quality ingredients, freshly cooked very well served up on both mornings. In particular the restaurant manager Mark made us extremely welcome, providing outstanding humour, remembering names and making sure everything went smoothly. Fulls marks to Mark! One tiny request please, could we have orange juice back, as 'tropical juice' was voted as tasting pretty grim. Great stay, thank you.

Staying and dining at this Premier Inn was an excellent break on our onward journey further South. I cannot fault his establishment both for comfortable accommodation and first-rate dining. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

This was the first time that we had stayed in a Premier Inn. The welcome we received from Rehan the Manager was warm and friendly. The room was excellent and easily beat many hotels we have stayed in. The bed WAS the comfiest as it says in the adverts. The shower simply the best. The meal deal with the Beefeater restaurant next door good value for money . I think its Premier Inns from now on

We had a lovely stay. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff on reception were very helpful and polite. Food at the pub next door was also nice, especially the breakfast. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Sounded like a party was going on in one of the rooms. We complained to the receptionist who didn’t report our complaint to head office. Completed online complaints form and even after several emails would not honour the Good Night Guarantee

The place was disgusting. Mould in the rooms and smelt terrible. Woke up wheezing and my niece with a rash. Left a day early and found better accommodation. Very hard to contact them to discuss the issues and will take further maybe with the health department. Should be closed down.

Lovely stay whilst me and my family we had a quick stop over during the Christmas period. Comfortable and clean rooms and the staff were especially helpful, offering to return my watch which I'd forgotten. Emily and Raehan are a credit to Premier Inn.
