Roscrea was an excellent B&B for my short stay in Bodmin. Sarah was very helpful and friendly. My room was extremely clean, comfortable and homely. Roscrea is in a great spot for looking around Bodmin.

Whilst visiting the Bodmin Railway this weekend, I needed a local B & B for a night, I found Roscrea B&B on the web, what a lovely place ! It is ran by a very nice and welcoming lady called Sarah, who made me very welcome. My room was lovely, a double ensuite which was very comfortable indeed, everywhere was... More

Fantastic B&B. Sarah was extremely friendly and accommodating, even when the length of my stay changed with very little notice. The property is perfectly located for visiting the heart of Bodmin, and is packed full of historic character. My room was spacious, clean and peaceful with a very comfortable bed and lovely en suite. Nice touches like real coffee and... More

Roscrea is ideally placed for all of Bodmin's attractions and a short walk from the Bodmin Steam Railway where I am a volunteer. The ensuite rooms are comfortably furnished in style symperfectic with the age of the 200 year old building. Don't worry the plumbing is much more modern. The breakfasts are excellent with toast made from freshly prepared home... More

My sister-in-law and I stayed at Roscrea for a mid-week break while touring Cornwall . Sarah's rooms are very clean and comfortable and she has thought of all the 'extras' that one might need including a cafetiere, umbrella, binoculars, toiletries, a dressing gown and numerous books and maps. She is friendly and welcoming and very keen to make her guests... More

Nothing is too much trouble for her........she booked a taxi to meet us at the railway station, suggested a hire car company and recommended places... More

A warm welcome greeted me from Sarah, the owner. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. Internet very fast. What more can I say, other than highly recommended and I will look no further on my next trip to Cornwall.

We stayed in Sarah's cosy home for a few nights after our arrival in UK. The location of the property was excellent being right at the doorstep to town and 2 minutes to the bus stop. We were made very welcome and our room was very quiet, comfortable and clean, lacking nothing. Sarah provided us with a lovely home cooked... More
