We had a wonderful stay at Bedknobs and it was a very welcome stay after a long milage on bikes and arriving wet through. Gill & Kim dried us out & led us into their beautiful home.We hope to stay with them again sometime. Thank you, Jack & Cathy from Yorkshire.

I stayed at bedknobs for business in July. The location was perfect for my requirements and it was very easy to get to. My room was very comfortable, complete with mini bar and honesty box, plus extra snacks on the landing if needed! I arrived late so the option of having sandwiches and a glass of wine in my room...

We stayed for just 2 nights (we were lucky to get a last minute booking), The room was clean and they had thought of everything. Breakfast was more than ample and cooked to perfection - we also liked the fact that we sat on a large dining table with the other 2 couples and compared notes. Nothing was too much...

We stayed four nights at Bedknobs and enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service excellent. Gill and Kim do everything to make you feel comfortable and they care for every detail (e.g. fresh milk in the minibar!). Moreover it was real fun. Lovely cosy home, beautifully furnished and decorated with charming hosts looking after us. We could not have chosen better and we shall definitely be back. The cats were, for us, an unexpected bonus.

Attention to detail is prevalent in this delightful B&B- it has the feel of a restored chateau.Beautiful and ecelectic mix of furniture. Cleanliness is at the top of the list at this lovely home. Creamy dorset porridge to die for and cooked breakfast ingredients sourced locally. An excellant find and we will be going back to see the owners renevation.

Everything about Bedknobs was just right for us, we had all our needs catered for and even when we decided we did want a sandwich supper after arriving at 8 it was no problem. Immaculately clean and everything considered. Highly recommended.
