Our stay was very pleasant from start to finish. Lorraine couldn't do enough for us. Super clean room, everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, even had a sausage every morning for our dog. Excellent.

My friend and I stayed at Braeside Hotel 2 weeks ago in rooms 1 and 2 with our 2 dogs. The house itself is a large Edwardian House, well maintained & lovely and clean with no "doggy" odours. The beds were clean and comfortable and the en-suite shower, cleaned daily, very modern and a pleasure to use. I learned that... More

Lovely B & B and in a great location , it was absolutely spotless clean and tidy. Lorraine really looked after us . Being very Dog friendly was ideal for us she went to the trouble of setting up a breakfast table in a separate room downstairs for us in the morning and even made the breakfast a bit earlier... This is a great BnB to enjoy the seaside delights and wider Somerset area! We stayed in room 1, good shower, comfy bed and lots of storage...plus dog friendly. The breakfasts were hearty and a good selection of cereals and fresh fruit. Just what you need to set you up for a day's worth of sightseeing, and once you've explored... More

Lorraine and Phill are the best hosts that anyone could wish for. Nothing is too much trouble. I have stayed on several occasions and it has always been great - a home from home. The hotel itself is near to the seafront and although has no car park, there is always enough parking outside. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the... More

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Braeside Hotel. Really warm welcome again by Phil and his wife. Nothing was too much trouble and really family friendly. Great location as well as only a 5 minute walk from the beach front. Will definitely stay there again.

From the moment we were greeted at the door, we felt something good about the Braeside - warm welcome, offer to carry bags, extra large smiles. We should say that we chose the Braeside due to acceptance of dogs, we ourselves have a small terrier. The room was on the top floor, two stories up. This was not for the... More

We had a lovely stay at Braeside. Phillip & Lorraine made it very special. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful in every way and also informative about the local walks and things to see. We had a very nice room on the first floor which was big enough to accommodate a rather large dog crate. Everything... More

Phillip and Lorraine were such lovely hosts. This b&b was recommended to us by our friends because its so comfortable and they were right. Everything is clean, comfortable and homely. The breakfast was so quick too! I never write reviews but felt they definitely deserve the recognition. They will remember us because we were fussy about where to leave our... More
