A treasure, brilliant hosting, super room and extra wonderful breakfast. You just could not wish for a better value B&B or for a better guest experience. Nothing too much trouble, no questions left unanswered, knowledgeable about the town and the area. Cannot recommend more highly.

I cannot rate this delightful Guest House enough. Louise is an absolute darling. Breakfast is incredible (best sausages in town). My room was just perfect. Comfy bed, quiet, ensuite looks newly fitted! All in all I reckon the best little hotel I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. Thank you. I shall return with my family.

A warm welcome from Louise the owner and a wonderful breakfast with good quality food. The whole guest house is spotless and a good base for Weston Super-mare. And also a thanks for getting in contact so quickly to let us know we had left the laptop charger behind!

Louise made us welcome. She is a friendly and charming host with a good sense of humour. Our room was clean and fully equipped . The bed was comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend Roedean. The only problem was that if you take a front room you may find a problem with traffic noise if you sleep... More
