We stayed here for two nights as were visiting friends and family and also watching the carnival. Ideal location as we walked to town centre, grand pier and bars and restaurants. Also really close to beach for nice walks. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Rooms a little dated but didn’t bother us at all

We had the loveliest stay here last night, the rooms are lovely and the sea view absolutely perfect was nice to be able to relax on the bed and look out across the beach and sea. The staff were so friendly and very helpful I went down at 6am to ask for some more milk and the gentleman was the kindest and couldn't do enough to help. Thank-you so much

The room was very large, bit dated and in need of some tlc, a lamp each side of the bed is expected. Only a small bin in the bathroom. The shower room is in need of a deep clean, I couldn't face using it, but it was also absolutely freezing as there was no heating on, so it was all starting to feel very cold.and damp in the room. The continental breakfast was ok. We did have very noisy upstairs neighbours on our last night, which had to be told twice by the night porter to be quiet, last time at 3am! It was cheap and cheerful and in a great location, and we understood the ethos of the staffing, etc. we would stay again if we were going that way but not for long. Parking could be an issue. Once we were in, we didn't want to lose our spot, so that was a bit inhibiting for the evening. It needs the heating on now as you can't dry the towels it is too cold in there.…

Very good stay had a nice quiet room very spacious and clean although a little bit dated but didn’t bother us Some nice touches in the room like decent biscuits and tea selection Staff were welcoming and efficient Breakfast was continental with a great choice and eggs Hotel was clean and tidy in a great location just outside the main town area on the sea front that was perfect Only one moan that was parking is limited but there is free parking in adjacent streets Great stay will be returning if in Weston

I enjoyed my stay here, location ideal and cleaning was acceptable for 1 night. Definitely improvements needed, corners of rooms not hoovered and skirting behind door dusty. I left an item here accidently and am still awaiting a response.

The room was enormous and so was the bed. A great hotel opposite the beach. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Dog friendly. Tea making facilities in both rooms which was great, just a couple of steps separating the bedrooms, both with own bathroom

Stayed here for the first time last year with my daughter and we loved it. It was such a nice place that we stayed there again last week. It's so close to the beach, and the staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room, and the continental breakfast was nice. We definitely recommend staying here. My daughter loves it so much that we have already booked again for next year. 10 out of 10.

Stayed here with my sister and niece and nephew last week.Had a really great time,the staff were lovely especially the young guy with glasses on reception and the night porter....always happy to help with anything you need. Rooms good size bed really comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful Would definitely come here again.

The room itself was nice but the fact that we had trouble sleeping as there seems to be no soundproofing and you hear everything that is going on in the hotel. When we did fall asleep we was woken at 1.30am with a woman screaming outside the front door and police involved, then didn't really get much sleep for the rest of the night due to hearing all the rest of the hotels ongoing. Breakfast is very minimal and service was awful no direct and had to chase the team to get a plate to be told "its on your table", but none of the tables had been cleared from previous guest. A large bathroom with a petit shower and the water pressure was terrible if a bigger person was given this room they would struggle. The bed was comfortable only bonus when you have struggle sleeping due to the noise. The fact we paid £120 for the night left us highly disappointed…

Extremely disappointed travellers as I'd read some good reviews and were impressed with their ethos. Booked this hotel in May and had received emails from them answering a few queries since the booking. On arrival at the hotel after a nearly 3 hour drive and having a dog with us,we were told they did not have a booking/available room for our 3 night booking. Staff, although polite and making us tea,didn't seem to have the experience or tools to deal with this situation. The first staff member called the manager who was totally disinterested. I heard the staff member ask the manager if they wanted to speak to us and they must have been told no as they said they'd been advised to tell us to contact the booking agent as it was their fault. I disagree as I showed the staff member their emails welcoming me on the 30th June. The staff member, although apologetic, then seemed to just want to hand it over to the next member of staff who was due on duty as they seemed to think they could sort it out more efficiently. Wrong,this member of staff was also not equipped to deal with this situation. Again polite,but seemed out of their depth to deal with this. It seems the hotel did not close out their inventory which is why this happened. After spending nearly 3 hours sitting in their reception we finally found ourselves another hotel (as it was late and it had to be dog friendly) and contacted the booking agent to facilitate this,which was done. We then had to relocate to the new hotel . It seems we were not the only ones this happened to as the hotel has already confirmed to me that it had happened to someone else on that day (Friday) and at our new hotel ,there was also another couple it had happened to on Saturday and was told by staff that the manager wasn't bothered. Whilst understanding mistakes happen,own them,don't lay blame elsewhere,apologise and do all you can to help. Certainly will not be giving them a second chance and this doesn't lend itself to the ethos they portray. After our weekend being nearly ruined,we did have a great time after being relocated.…

Good morning I was very saddened to hear of your clearly upsetting experience with us last weekend. I have investigated this with the hotel staff and with your provider. We do not automatically close out our own inventory and rely on Expedia and Booking.com etc to do this. It seems on this occasion that there was a failing in the system.
