Best to contact the hotel. There is just a pool and sauna, but maybe there is now a beauty therapy room since my stay there.

How far to walk to the centre from the hotel?
I would say 10 minutes to the beach as you walk past the golf course & 20 minutes to the Pier and the Town (unless you jog)

there is a pool and you can go but you need a member not sure how much it but just receptionist when get there failing give them a call before you turn up
