Recently stayed for one night as part as an organised coach trip to Bath. The hotel itself is in need of some tlc, although this does add to it's charm. The room and bedding was clean. The food was basic but tasty. The staff could not do enough for us, especially the waiting staff at meal times, who were very...

My friends and I visited as part of an organised trip. Yes I agree it is a little tired but that's expected in my opinion. The value for money is great. Our trip was made by one member of staff, a young lady named Heidi who worked in the kitchen serving us. It was great to see such a happy...

First of all having read some of the comments on here, yes the building is old and a bit shabby, but it was spotlessly clean, the staff couldnt do enough for us, and the breakfast, buffet, cooked or both was very good. We stayed overnight after watching All or nothing musical show. Room was ok, a bit outdated but clean and comfy. Breakfast was great, Orange juice, full english breakfast, toast etc, all in all nothing to complain about. Staff really friendly.

However we were pleasantly surprised :) We arrived and checked in without any fuss or hassle and friendly staff. Id asked for an upstairs room to get the views and that what we got! Yes I'd say the hotel is dated...

When we arrived it was very dated and looked dirty. The room was very basic and cold, we didnt even want to use the shower and toilet, the shower also had an overflow pipe from the room above. We was woken by other guest using there toilets as the pipes made an awful racken in our room. The breakfast well...

Would definitely not stay here. Rooms are shabby and dated shower cubicle held together with masking tape painted white! Parking awful if you can't get outside it's an additional £6 for 24 hours. Interior of hotel is tired the outside is worse. No WiFi in rooms at all grim a rip off £85 per night. We had just driven from...
