The old house is beautiful, and the setting in the Conwy Valley magnificent. Interesting artwork covers the walls of several large rooms. The cafe area is cosy and comfortable, and the coffees and eatables delicious. The staff are very attentive, without being obtrusive, and it is a splendid place to relax, chat, or read the papers provided. Now I have...

Was there at a party in May Lovely service good food and beautiful surroundings the hosts looked after us really well Interesting art on show which changes regularly Will return for afternoon tea as soon as we can

I took my hubby here and we had lovely lunch and drink. The staff are friendly and dog that wanders is so funny. The food is always spot on and tasty . The gallery is always worth a visit and I love the feel of the house as you walk round!

From the moment you enter the driveway you have a sense of something exciting beckoning you. On entering the charm of this beautiful house you sense the ambience and friendliness of all that is within. Oh yes, the owners have exquisite taste, Ralph, mein host extraordinaire and fun, and Roland, who not only serves delicious food, also bakes scrumptious cakes...

Staying at the Caretaker's Cottage at Ffin y Parc was the perfect base from which to revisit North Wales. A cosy welcoming home from home, with homemade cake, fresh coffee and wine to greet us when we arrived - what more does one need?
