Welcoming receptionist who checked us in efficiently & explained her choice of room for us as they had a couple of functions in the hotel that evening. Beautiful room with the most amazing bed, we're fussy about our bed & pillows & they were amazing. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was very much appreciated too. Breakfast buffet had everything you want & we can't wait to return to visit in the summer

The room was nice and spacious well layed out with a nice bathroom with big bath and shower. Unfortunately the stay was totally ruined by noise from a function, it was so loud it was impossible to sleep, it went on until 1am then revelers went out into the car park and continued to make a noise. I got back from a concert around 11 to discover a huge amount of noise coming from a function on the ground floor. I assumed it would end at 12, however by 12.15 it was still no better (I was on the 3rd floor!! So phoned reception to be told it would be going on until 1, apologized about but said there was nothing he could do about it but offered me a complementary breakfast. In the morning I complained at check out to one of the managers who apologized again but said in old buildings the noise is bad and there is nothing they can do about it, she was pleasant and gave me 20% off my room but it really didn't make up for the disturbance and lack of sleep.…

Lovely hotel in good position but our room was a bit small. Needed a few extras like a soap dish and coat hooks.Staff were lovely and always helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast and good quality. Would stay here again but would ask for a different room, doors banging shook the room!

From the moment you walk in to this gorgeous hotel, you know you are in for a treat. Every single person on reception was so happy, friendly, professional and approachable. We were a group of 5 so booked 3 rooms for 1 night and every room was amazing. I just wish the reception people wore name badges so I could personally mention them here. The beds and pillows were the best ever and the breakfast really was delicious. The visit was to celebrate 2 very special birthdays and this really will be a birthday to remember - thank you all so much for everything xx

They got everything right for a two-day business meeting stay. From effortless self-parking on arrival, through lovely food and refreshments plus a beautiful bar for the evening, nice and accommodating meeting facilities, and a comfy and welcoming room with a good bed - nothing to complain about at all. The staff were friendly and chatty, and felt genuinely welcoming. We've used it before and I'm sure we'll come again.

I recently has an excellent stay at the Richmond Hill Hotel. The hotel is comfortable and charming. Rooms are very well maintained and cosy. From the moment of arrival we were made welcome and staff could not have been more helpful. The quality of food and beverages on offer was high. I was really impressed with the well maintained temperature inside the hotel. Definitely worth another visit.

Having stayed at the Richmond Hill Hotel many times previously it never disappoints. The staff are all super friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The hotel has lots of charm and is in a very scenic location with easy access to Richmond Park and the surrounding area. It is also well placed to use rail links into central London (19 minutes to get to Waterloo) with the station a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are great, having stayed in many different ones and overall the hotel has excellent facilities. Breakfast selection is extensive and really good. The hotel also has good parking which is not something yet get very often with a property so close to central London. I look forward to my next stay at this gem.
