We enjoyed this hotel good attractive room, good price, good position near town centre. Breakfast was good, but it was a Saturday breakfast supposed to be til 10, at ten on the dot all the breakfast was removed and about 5 minutes later the lights went out.

Stayed on night prior to visit to Twickers, room was very clean and very comfortable bed. Romantic not massive but good enough. When I arrived the room was swelteringly hot so I had to turn off the radiators. I couldn't open the windows except for the one in the bathroom, so it took ages to cool down. Overall a pleasant... I am biased towards this place because I used to live there and would have family stay here when they visited. No, it's not fancy, it's not modern and it's not located in a place with wonderful views but it is a cozy, clean and quiet place. Feels like a family-run inn. Great if you have kids. They have a... I stayed here for two nights instead of the Premier Inn, which is usually the best value in Richmond but is on a busy road and being a major chain hotel doesn't have that local feel. Enter the Richmond Inn.. at under £100/night they provide a pleasant, very clean room and very polite, friendly service, a rarity these days. The... More

Two night stay in Richmond to visit family member in nearby hospital. Comfortable, warm, clean room with a large en-suite (shower over the bath) and decent towels available. Limited parking available. Rail station within easy walking distance, as were all the restaurants that Richmond town centre has to offer, which is useful as the hotel only offers breakfast, 'continental' or... More

Quick stop-over in Richmond for myself and my 14 year old daughter. Excellent customer service, clean, quiet, temp controlled room and easy short walk to the train station and town centre. I left an expensive, new laptop and tablet in the room. Cleaning staff handed them in, reception called my mobile and I returned to pick them up a few... More

Good location to the town centre, you need to get lucky for a parking space. Staff friendly. Rooms are dated but were clean and spacious. I thought it was expensive for quality but it is Richmond. You could stay in worse places

I visited UK for business in September 16. I spent 5 nights stay in this hotel. It is very good hotel, clean and good service. The location is about only 5 minutes walk from Richmond tube/railway station. The staff are helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying here for close to 15 days. The rooms are nice, clean and beautifully designed. They are slightly on the smaller size but the way the room furnishings have been designed, you will never feel short of space. They serve breakfast on a very reasonable pricing. The room has got a tea/coffee maker. The only... More

I used the Richmond Inn Hotel for the first time at the beginning of September. A little cautious as it's priced at a rate equivalent to 3 star hotels nearby. this is an older hotel in need of a bit of attention but the rooms are clean, well appointed and (I had a double) very large! You get the feeling... More
