The host was awfully nice. Kathy gave us a lot of tips for our trips. The Myra Canon is impressive and worth for a day trip. The view from mount boucherie is great. The breakfast was rich in variety, well healthy and delicious.

Super accommodation. Very modern and clean. Lovely to sit out on the decking and relax. Friendly welcome from Kathy and a great breakfast. Lots of nice small touches made our stay special. Thoroughly recommend.

The high ratings for this property are well deserved. The accommodation is the lower portion of a home in the hills of West Kelowna, BC; a bedroom, sitting/breakfast area, and open back porch, each with a view of the lake and valley. The real gems of this establishment are the proprietors, Kathy and Paul, who are gracious and hospitable. If you ever want to run a B&B, stay here, and take copious notes!

Everything was perfect. Nice quiet place. Clean and comfortable. Kathy is very welcoming. We had a whole floor to ourselves, with private entrance, room, bathroom, living room (including a little fridge where we could always find bottles of cold water) and a wonderful private patio with an amazing view on the lake and mountains. A three course breakfast was served every day on the patio. The eggs benedict were the best we've ever had. Kathy replaced the back bacon with a nice slice of avocado for me since I had mentioned I'm a vegetarian. My husband had the back bacon on his and he loved it also. We appreciated the fact that we had our private entrance because we felt that we could come and go at any hour without disturbing anyone. We could always communicate with Kathy if we needed anything. We stayed three nights. After we left I received an email from Kathy saying she had found one of my earrings in the room. She wanted to confirm my mailing address so she could send it to me. I received it a few days after I got home. I was very pleased. We would definitely stay there again if we were to go back in the area. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you don't have a car because it's in a residential area a few kilometers from the town center, but if you do, it's just perfect.…

We gave this a 5 star not just because of the sumptuous breakfasts, nor the fabulously comfortable bed, nor the amenities that catered for every little extra, but for the efficient and naturally friendly atmosphere created by our hosts Kathy and Paul. Jacky & Stan.

Quite location a few kilometers from the City Center of Kelowna. Clean rooms, comfortable beds but no individual bathroom for each room. No homemade breakfast. The B&B owner is rather absent. Not to recommend for a stay of more than one night.

I am a little confused with your review and think you may be mistaking us with another B&B. We are in West Kelowna, and not in Kelowna. I do serve a three course breakfast on the guests private deck with the second course being hot. My Eggs Benny is rather popular! My husband and myself live at the B& B and my husband works on site. We like to give our guests their privacy but we make it clear we are upstairs and if they need anything they only have to ring the bell or text me. This year we are only letting out the Pearleaf room with private bath room so our guests do have an individual bathroom together with their own wing. On a final note we have a couple staying here for seven days and are still here on day six.

We had a wonderful stay here, unfortunately only for 1 night to break our journey to the Rockies, in hindsight i would have loved to squeeze in two nights here as didn't really get chance to visit wineries and explore the area. We booked the Pearleaf room it was spotless and really well fitted out with an amazingly comfortable bed. We were the only people booked in so had the whole thing to ourselves including huge furnished balcony where Kathy serves breakfast when the weather is nice and private entrance to lounge/dining room with plenty of local tourist information and books leading through to the bedroom and private bathroom which looks newly fitted out. The breakfast was perfect, 3 courses and also catering for my husband who is Caeliac so needs gluten free. Kathy was very welcoming and informative and gave recommendations for dinner. We went to 19 Okanagan Bar and Grill at the nearby golf course just a short drive away, they serve sharing style dishes and it was one of the best meals of our holiday. Location is good, but not many places to eat in walking distance, nothing a short taxi ride doesn't solve.…
