May 2014. Just spent 4 days in this gorgeous cottage in Glaziers Bay overlooking the Huon River. The cottage itself is cosy and warm with polished boards and a delightful ambience. It is very clean and comes with all the necessities, as well as fresh bread, a full size container of milk, eggs bacon and a variety of breakfast provisions.... More

We stayed at a home called Riverside overlooking Glaziers Bay in the Huon Valley for a week. The house was all we expected, and reflected the care and integrity of the owners and their website. A glorious view surrounded by the unique beauty of the Tasmanian bush. The house was perfectly prepared for our arrival. If you need peace, beauty... More

Lovely living area with stunning views. Beautifully equipped kitchen with great cookware and proper knives etc. The tv has been upgraded from the photos. Breakfast provisions were... More

What a wonderful ambience . . . warm and inviting . . . . . Arriving around midday, on a bleak October day, the fire was lit and our welcome warm. The view overlooking the river quite stunning , the morning mist captivating. The breakfast provisions thoughtfully and generously supplied. Along with the few things recommended to bring for self-catering,... More

We've travelled Tassie extensively over the last 3 years and stayed at numerous types of accommodation. This time we chose Riverside for a 2 week stay as we wanted to further explore the fantastic Huonville area. What a find this is! Stunning wide river views on our doorstep, absolute privacy, a beautifully appointed cottage with complete attention to detail, quality... More
