We spent just one night here but would have been happy to spend longer in this well appointed, very reasonable hotel. We had a lovely room, with beautiful old furniture, and a very substantial breakfast. We plan to return next year!

Lovely old house with parking outside. Nice welcoming owner who told us where (and where not) to go to eat. Also recommended a great bar by the river & car boot the next day. Very nice room. Nice town, nice b & b. Would stay there again. Btw cash only, no cards for payment.

This was a great hotel, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The hosts are Scottish and very welcoming. They looked after us well and put our bikes away safely in their garage. Our room was large, bright and had the most incredible views, particularly from the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect. We ate at restaurant at the...

Lovely old townhouse B&B that serves good breakfast. It does though have its problems. The wi-fi signal is non existent and none of the guest accommodation has a TV. The excuse of the upgrade to HD signal is pretty weak - it happened back in the winter. Plumbing in the bathroom was pretty basic and the shower cubicle was just...

Just had one night stop-over. Eleanor and John couldn't have done more to make it a really fabulous stay. We had prebooked an evening meal which was superb and really nice to eat it together with them. Lovely comfortable beds and a great nights sleep followed by a really good continental breakfast has made us book on the way home...

Our recent stay here for a family wedding in the local area was fab. Lovely characterful building and the owners are very friendly and attentive. Excellent location in Bellac, parking outside the front door, and the room was huge! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future!
