Most parts of our trip had been booked through Tahiti.com. I had requested our stays with Intercontinental properties. For Moorea we stayed 6 nights-5/18/18-5/24/18. I had requested that Tahiti.com book an oceanfront bungalow for our stay. Upon arrival to the resort we were

Beautiful resort at a beautiful location. Our room 510 is a true over the water bungalow. Perfect location to be away from most. A little bit of a long walk, but they will always give you a ride just ask. The room has a king bed with a couch that could be turned into a bed.

My Wife and I together with another couple stayed here for 4 days following a cruise around the islands. When we checked in the staff were very friendly and informed us that they had had a strike but everything was back to normal and they then upgraded our room to a bungalow

We were travelling with 2 other couples and we managed to get 3 overwater bungalows next to each other. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and turtles at the sanctuary in the resort and when I went snorkelling off our balcony, got to swim with a large

This hotel is lovely, with two great pools overlooking the beach , and easy access to the ocean via the lagoon. Snorkeling just beyond the overwater bungalows was pretty good, with some live coral —though like most places—lots of it was dead. Got to see lots of fish and a couple

Are there televisions?😬
Yes there are televisions. There are very few channels and most are in French. The only English channel we were able to find was International CNN.

Does this resort have a laundry service?
Yes but it is VERY expensive. My husband washed a small bag of items (t shirts, socks, a bathing suit, a pair of shorts) and it cost $160.

We had breakfast included at the intercontinental. It was wonderful so we never ate lunch. Food is expensive. A small pizza at the hotel was 34.00 and fed two adults who weren’t that hungry. Great suggestions to snorkle or go on a dolphin excursion or whale watching The over water bungalow doesn’t have a pool. You have a deck over the ocean

There is a pump in the water sport shack. However they have kyaks there for free and there are floating rafts in the lagoo if you want to lay out in the canal. Be careful. The sun is strong. Laying out in it for more than 30 min, even with sunblock on is dangerous. When you arrive look around and see how many walking lobsters you see in the lobby. Even with Sunblock 50 applied numerous times a day we get a bit singed each time.

Hi, I didn’t see air pump on site. However, I saw people pumping air to bikes at gas station on the island.

"Our beach front bungalow suite was #319. Close to the pools, a nice beach area, the breakfast restaurant. It was spacious and comfortable."
"Ask for an upgrade. They are usually always willing to accommodate. They want you to return."
"This locale has changed a lot since being the Beachcomber Parkroyal, but the beachfront cottages were completely quiet and private."
"Request a true OTW room"
"see above, for rooms on lagoon vs the upgraded view rooms. Even the 'lagoon' rooms have great views."
