The residence is set in a rural landscape, a country house with a 4 star hotel comfort and a breath-taking panoramic sea view. Contea dei Ciliegi is a dream holidays home, built with zero impact thanks to sophisticated ecological systems for energy saving, in a place of total relaxation. Available all year-round, the 10 apartments, 6 two-rooms (2/4 people) and 4 three-rooms (4/6 people) are located inside a natural park of 80,000 sqm. With scenic areas, trails equipped gym, the "relaxing labyrinth of Olives", sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers, heated swimming pool with children's area, jacuzzi, children's play area and over 2000 fruit trees. All "sea view" apartments, full accessible for disables, have 1 or 2 bedrooms with double bed, living area with double bed sofa, large bathroom, kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, air conditioning, heating, free Wifi Internet Access, 32' LCD TV in every room, spacious terraces. Weekly change of linen, electricity, parking and cleaning at end of the period are included.

The property has an awsome view to the sea and Pedaso city. We had a wonderful time there with the kids. The pool is very clean and not too deep. The entire location really makes you feel relaxed and happy. We enjoyed the Pasta&Pizza party and the land owner is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend spending your holiday to Contea dei ciliegi.

This incredible “Agri-Turismo” on the Adriatic coast of Central Italy is a wonderful vacation spot for couples and families who want the perfect blend of nature and the great outdoors along with all of the comforts of modern life. The scenery is world class. The grounds offer organic cherry picking with a manicured cherry orchard, olive groves, and seaside garden walks. There are one-of-a-kind activities such as a beautiful circular meditation walk with ocean views, a great reflexology footpath with a foot jacuzzi of natural ocean water, and a fun outdoor nature walk with gymnastics stations. Along with an all-natural crystal clear pool with no harmful chemicals, and hammocks, and your own private poolside station; the apartments are beautiful and have all the modern amenities and everything you need for an extraordinary and comfortable stay. The local nearby towns at the foot of this hilltop retreat have the best little markets, restaurants, and gelato shops, and nearby excursions to medieval hill towns are a treat as they are untouched by time, and essentially free of crowds and tourists. Luigi, the owner, and his family are so gracious and generous with their time and showed us around and took all the time we needed to enjoy the resort and recommend surrounding areas. The overall ambience of Contea dei Ciliegi is peaceful, restorative, natural beauty, and is a resort for all of your senses. Birds, breeze, flowers, cherries, nature walks, swimming, organic wonder. Even though there were other tenants during the week of our stay ... the resort is so spacious and beautifully laid out we never noticed them and felt as if we had the entire Contea and coast to ourselves. A really great small apartment complex on a small hill near sea. What sets it apart are the very nice swimming pool area, great children's play area and a special 50m long barefoot path, leading to a small foot bath. All very well maintained. Oh and don't forget to picnic under fruit trees. Also very suitable for wheelchairs! A place to remember and come back... Thanks Luigi, you were a great host!

The resort is located on the top of the hill with a spectacular view of the ocean. Very quiet and relax, in the Contea resort you can find a big park with a playground for the kids very safe, a fitness trail, swimming pool with a waterfall. Animals friendly, when you arrive the owner himself takes you around the resort also you can enjoy the beach very close to the resort. I definitely recommend that place it's a paradise perfect 10/10

This is the place to go in a lifetime. That resort is gorgeous and quiet. The region is fantastic. Every apartment has a beautiful vue on the see and country side. The property has a huge private park with trees picnic tables and fitness trails. The resort is animal friendly and every apartment has a huge terasse. Not to mention beautiful pool and play grounds for kids. When you arrive the owner gives you a personal tour of the resort. Just perfection for dream vacations...

Loved the accommodation, beautiful Seaview, relaxing footpath and sport facilities. The swimming pool and trimcircuit were great. Luigi was an excellent host who kept a good eye on the property. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

Contea dei Ciliegi is a beautiful place to spend your holidays with good service from the ever polite and friendly Liugi, nice fellow guests and great facilities like large terraces, playground and swimming pool. The sea view is breath taking and the cherry orchards adds to the perfect Italian scenery.

The estate is beautiful and peaceful. The view of the sea is spectacular, the apartments are very clean and of good size, the village is not yet swamped by tourists and the manager Luigi couldn't be nicer.
