Stayed in room 420 a twin room. The room had damp/mould above the window. The window frame was cracked and damaged and there was piles of discarded building matterials just outside of the window which wasn't very nice to look at. The curtain had a curtain ring missing which meant the curtain was hanging down. The shower curtain was old...

Upon our arrival and viewing the menu I was disappointed to see that the three course meal had gone up to £28 per person. The explanation was that the menu had been amended slightly to...

I stayed in room 404, a twin room, with my mother. There was no bedside light, so upon asking were we're given a side light from the bar. The walls were stained, the...

Didn't stay here, only stopped for lunch however was very disappointed. The place is nicely decorated and has a warm atmosphere however their attention to detail requires a bit of work. Ordered meal at the bar and paid with card however the card machine was in reception so waitress walked off with my card to collect the machine. Staff should...
