Our group booked all of the individual villas at the Siam and had the whole place to ourselves. So the resort is lovely with a big pool looking into the beach. The best thing about this resort is the staff, special thanks to Kookai and her team who couldn’t do enough for us. The amazing chef cooked us fresh food which is not a quick experience due to our group being approx 20 every night but well worth the wait!! The cocktails are great too with happy hour from 3-7 we enjoyed them all. If you are looking for a resort where you sit chill and enjoy the food/drinks then you will love it, but if you prefer walking to restaurants/bars and visiting markets etc then this location won’t be for you. Thank you so much Siam team you were amazing and we had a fabulous holiday xx

I can but agree with the past reviews. This little resort is almost too wonderful to be real. It is absolutely quiet with super friendly and helpful staff: off season they managed to organize mangosteen for us, we had Thai eggplants bought to satisfy our cravings for the most delicious authentic green curry, … the chef’s (and her team’s) skills are worth 5 stars in itself. We enjoyed several relaxing massages, also the kids had some, customized to their age/ body types. Also the times were adapted to our meal times. The big pool with its varying depths made ‘proper’ swimming for us adults possible, which in itself is rare. When our stay had ended, we left for another hotel (a nightmarish experience) and within 3 hours were back in this little paradise. We are certainly contemplating another holiday there.…

I had a fantastic experience at this lovely resort! It's one of the nicest places I've stayed at in Thailand. If you enjoy peace and tranquility away from the nightlife, this is the perfect destination. The resort, with its nine bungalows, is situated right by the beach, offering a breathtaking view. The staff provided top-notch service, from the welcoming reception to the diligent housekeeping and delightful restaurant service. I must extend a special thank-you to the kitchen team, especially Kokkai, who took orders for fresh seafood every morning and prepared it excellently. Their culinary skills were truly remarkable! I'm already looking forward to returning to this wonderful resort. It truly left a lasting impression on me!

The Siam Residence is a very quiet resort with a very nice tropical private beach. The bungalows are spacious and very comfortable with an exceptional big bed, 2.60 mrt by 2.00 mrt. .the service is very personal and of high standard. We enjoyed our stay very much due to all circumstances, breakfast of high quality with friendly service. Beach with nice sun beds and very good service with food and drinks. This is an example how a tropical resort has to be!

On the west side of Koh Samui in a lovely peaceful area we stayed at the Siam Residence for two weeks in November for a wedding. Can’t recommend enough-amazing villas, beautiful garden, very informative and helpful hotel manager (Ralf) and fantastic staff who could not do enough for us. Food excellent and even the weather behaved as it was the end of rainy season . The hotel wedding planner and her team excelled - if you are after a beautiful wedding venue for a destination wedding this must surely be it!

Wife and I just got back from 28 glorious nights at the Siam Residence. I am at a loss for words as I have said it all in my previous reviews. A great, quiet, clean, well maintained and super service hotel. From organizing our boat trips to a taxi for the night market, no problem. Everything was perfect for us again. Obviously do not go here if you are on a tight budget or wanting hectic night life. Food from the clean, well stocked on site restaurant great and a nice variety of Western and Asian foods. Cooks will make anything within reason if it is not on the menu. Big, spacious and deep swimming pool. The Manager, Ralf, was always there to ask if we were happy and all of the staff make our holiday special, that is why the Siam Residence is our hotel of choice on Samui. Love it and we will be back next year for another 4 weeks.…

The venue is located at Lipa Noi Beach which is near Nathon and far away from the crowded areas of Chaweng and Lamai. The hotel, which is directly at the beach, is composed of a dozen of large bungalows only. The rooms are big and the bed huge (never slept in such a big one ever). The service is very kind and charming. The pool small but nice. The restaurant good and serves the best cocktails around.

I can't praise Ralf and his team enough for the care and attention given to our group. We had 20 people staying at Siam Residences for our wedding, and we are so insanely happy with every aspect of our stay. The peace and tranquility at the resort, along with the luxurious villas and impeccable service made our stay absolute heaven. Every member of staff was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. The flowers and decorations in our room on our wedding night were stunning and really made us feel so special. Fabulous breakfasts, lunches & dinners, all reasonably priced and served with a smile every time. I absolutely couldn't fault Siam Residence if I tried. Thank you so much for a holiday of a lifetime!

If you're looking for some piece and quiet I'd recommend this hotel. It's pretty secluded with a nice pool and right on the beach. The staff are absolutely lovely and the food is terrific and very reasonably priced given what hotels of this nature usually charge. The place felt really comfortable, like a home from home. The beach might not be the best on the island but give me a long quiet stretch of beach to walk along over one that is jam packed any day of the week.

I stayed with my boyfriend and we looked forward to this trip. The beach is disappointing not worth if you travel from far. The staff is nice. Breakfast small with little choice. The bakery disappointing. The resort is on the west side of the island. It is quite a long ride to the airport and to Chaweng the city center. There some nice restaurant 20 minutes away. The island is struggling with pollution. Lots of things on the beach.
