The room was dirty, the linens were wayyyyy too old, hot water did not work, spiders were every where, and the outdoor bath... More

Nice secluded place. Loved the country-style atmosphere. It is well located, not far from Mascota town. We were very well guided to do some trips through rural roads around the place. HAd a great experience. Food needs to be upgraded a little bit.

Villa Cantabria was the ideal place to chill out and see Mascota as well as other surrounding villages. We arrived late at night and were welcomed warmly... More

When I arrived to the hotel they did not have my reservation, finally they gave me an standard room and never compensated for the difference vs the Suite I paid. No son profesionales ni éticos. A través de... More

Villa Cantabria is located about 1 km. outside of Mascota on a cattle ranch. The Robles family has their ranch and their lienzo charro (rodeo ring) there, and lucky guests might be able to catch one of the local rodeo or more likely the home team practicing. Obviously these are horse people and their equestrian tour is authentic with great... More

We live on the Pacific Coast of Mexico, where it is hot and sultry. We were looking forward to a respite from the heat and humidity, and a relaxing soak in a jacuzzi tub, which we do not have at home (most Mexican homes have only showers, so tubs are a luxury). Initially, I made a reservation for a room... More
