We booked this lodge for a weekend to celebrate my hen do in October. Even though we went on a stormy weekend and cold weekend we had the best time! When a couple of friends arrived the owner greeted them and checked everything was ok. She moved us from the lodge we had originally booked to the next door one as this one had a toilet that didn’t involve going outside which was massively appreciated on a super wet weekend! She messaged to check we were ok which was lovely to know we could ask her anything! We were the only ones staying that weekend so got to enjoy the quiet of the campsite and not worry about being too noisy! It has a great size kitchen and living room area with enough room for us all to play games, dance and eat. We were able to keep warm with the fire which gave a cosy feel. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. We loved it so much that we want to book again in the summer so we can enjoy the beautiful location! Thank you so much boundary farm!

As a first time 'glamper' with 2 young, wild children, I was unsure what to expect but WOW! What an incredible place. The children loved playing outside and the tent was safe, cosy, modern, clean and has the comfiest beds. We all loved it! Josie & her husband have thought of everything and the little touches like bubbles and a football for the children were just so thoughtful. We loved the location, which is peaceful with lots of fantastic places to visit closeby. We travelled 5 hours to get here and it was more than worth it for the memories made. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay, we will be back.

This place really has it all! The safari tents are totally equipped with everything you could need for your stay and the beds are super comfy. The children loved the freedom of playing in the field and the “posh shed” to hang out in! Josette and her family are the perfect hosts and are on hand for anything you need. Nothing is too much trouble. If you want a relaxing break, in the beautiful and peaceful countryside with some great places to visit on your doorstep then this is the place for you 😃 We can’t wait to come back

We have just arrived home from a most marvellous stay at Boundary Farm. My husband, mother and myself stayed for 3 nights. The standard of accomodation is extremely high. There's nothing Josie and John haven't thought of to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We were also blessed with the company of Megatron the cat. Every glamping site should have a cat especially one as lovely as her. 5 stars from us. 😀😀😀😀

I visited Boundary Farm glamping site at the weekend for my festival-themed 30th birthday. From the point of initial booking Josie was amazing and helped me to make every aspect of the party perfect. From start to finish she was quick at communicating and responding to my every need: from adding more guests to the booking, decorating the site with a huge festival sign and even hiring additional tables from a local supplier at the last minute! John even got the summer house ready for the party so we'd have more indoor space for guests should it rain and they decorated it beautifully for us. The site itself is stunning and feels secluded enough for a quiet retreat. We hired the whole site (with additional campers) so it was perfect for giving us the privacy we wanted, whilst remaining easily accessible from train stations etc. The bell tents were comfortable, spacious and full of amenities - Josie really thinks of everything so it feels luxurious even in the middle of a field! The kids had such a great time and were kept busy for hours in the luggage trolleys and with all the games provided at the site - there's really no need to pack anything else! All my guests and I are now desperate to book their next visit!

We had a short stay (2 nights) and loved it. The tents are beautifully furnished and have everything you could need. Kids loved watching the pheasants, rabbits and hares. The bbq was very good and the log burner made the chilly evenings nice and snug. Josie was a very helpful host. We will definitely be going back.

We spent a brilliant 3 nights here. We have a 2 year old and 4 year old who absolutely loved it. Perfect location for exploring beautiful beaches nearby. We also did Easton Farm which was great for the little ones and also boating at Thorpeness which was brilliant. Along with very comfy beds and thick luxurious bedding, torches, cooking facilities, the wheat tent we stayed in was beautiful and kitted out With games, candles and hot water bottles-these with the lovely log burner kept us surprisingly warm at this time of year. Thank you Josie and family (including Candy the cat) for making us feel very welcome and a big thank you for the girls’ Easter eggs-such a kind gesture. The Osbornes 😊

Thank you Ellie, for your fantastic review of our Glamping site. We are really pleased that you all enjoyed your stay with us. We loved the pictures in the guest book, and I am sure that Candy the farm cat does miss all the fuss she has received over the Easter holidays!! It means a lot being a small independent family run farm, that you loved your first Glamping adventure with us. Always welcome. All the best. Josie and John
