2nd visit to the Farmhouse B & B as well as the fantastic breakfast we also had the evening meals which are equally as good. Robbie and Michelle are fantastic hosts this is exactly how a B & B should be run. Great attention to detail and you are very well looked after. We had the King room again which...

A great little B&B run by a lovely couple at a good price for the area. We would definitely stay again and hope to when we are next in the area. The breakfasts are to die for and arrive at your table for the time you ask for them

This was our second visit to the Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast and hopefully it won't be the last. We stayed a little longer this time (five days/four nights) and occupied a different room which was just as comfy and as well furnished as the first one. An excellent variety of tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits are replenished everyday...a lovely...

We had a short break at The Farmhouse. Robbie was an attentive, friendly and welcoming host. Sadly Michelle was unwell - we wish her a speedy recovery. Our room was very clean and very well appointed and we liked the special little touches - a very good variety of teas, coffee and hot chocolate and yummy biscuits as well as...

Robbie & Michelle couldn't have been more helpful or flexible. Lovely room with everything one could possibly need. As bird watchers we chose it as it is very close to Minsmere - we have never experienced a better B & B.

If you want a welcoming, spotlessly clean, friendly and comfortable base to explore the treats that abound in Southwold., you just cant get better than this. Robbie & Michelle made it seem like we were staying with friends who just happened to cook a wonderful breakfast! Try it, you'll love it.

Lovely welcome. Couldn't really ask for anything more. Robbie and Michelle couldn't do enough. Yes there is noise from the A12 but with the windows shut not enough to impact on a good night's sleep. Excellent, beautifully cooked breakfasts, bottled water every day in the room, plus ample tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates! Good location for exploring the area. Thoroughly...

On the main A12 so a bit noisy at times but that's the bad stuff out the way. Warm friendly welcome. Clean well equipped room compact but usable en suite. Excellent breakfast and light evening meals if required. Overall very good value for money.
