We stayed here for a week and after a few days we wanted to leave. House was dirty, beds were stained, carpets stained throughout, shower leaked, holes in curtains, outside furniture was all broken. Frogs in pool, and never cleaned during our stay. Broken glass on floor. No outside children's play area. Towels all ripped and frayed. Mould in showers....

We've just returned from a week at Broad Down Barn, every year we go somewhere in the UK with the whole family, 12 of us, 8 adults and 4 kids. This place was perfect. It has a large open-plan living area which links to a dining/kitchen area, so no-one feels left out if they're making the dinner! The bedrooms are...

We had good service and enjoyed staying at this spacious and well-appointed converted barn. The children enjoyed the trampoline, pool, swing set, Wii and large TV. As a group of 12 comprising 2 families and grandparents, we enjoyed having enough bedrooms and bathrooms/en-suites for us all. It is a multi-level property, with stairs/steps between rooms and levels inside and out.
