The reception on arrival is noisy, dirty and confusing a bit like a bus or train station. The automated check in is strange, where is the 'service' in that. We had a club room, bright and basic. The standard rooms must be really really basic. Coffee maker but no tea. Room clean and bed comfy. Public areas such as the...

Good pool and spa facilities, excellent room with huge TV, comfortable bed and very good shower. Easy drive into Nottingham and not too far from the motorway / part and ride. Overall would have liked to have stayed longer.

We have been regular visitors over the past five years to Village Nottingham. The newly renovated rooms are lovely, stylish and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Local retail park is handy too. Only moan was the cuts to hot breakfast from previous visits. Easy fix Village !!!

A bit disappointing really. A carnival is apparently two girls wearing feathers. Other than that it felt a bit like a wedding reception for a distant cousin. Food was good, service was good but as we attended for a party and we struggled for an alternative to listening to an X factor reject would I go again, probably not. It...

We have been to this hotel on several occasions now and haven't been disappointed with rooms but rooms are even better since the refurbishment, great decor. Beds are very comfortable although had to ask for extra pillows (Not as good as Premier Inn pillows lol) Staff are great and couldn't be any more helpful. Although the rooms are comfortable last...
