The Maraias has a perfect location overlooking the idyllic village of Burgeis almost at the head of the Adige river valley. There's incredible uphill and downhill cycling on good paths to and from the Reschenpass on the Austrian border, beautiful lakes within walking distance and mountain views to die for. We - myself and 9 other friends - were taking a cycling holiday from Germany to Italy, and stayed at this hotel for a night. The hotel has "normal" rooms, located in the 1st and second floors, but also rooms in the basement, which are not so nice. We arrived there very tired, and decided to have dinner at the...

The hotel offers halfboard, take that if you are staying in this town, otherwise you would end up hungry! Nothing else to eat in the town. The hotel is kinda strange, we arrived at 19.30, i.e. in the middle of dinner (had called in advance and warned them). Since there was noone in the reception, we walked into the restaurant....
