Formerly known as Redlands Touring, Caravan and Camping Park, Little Haven Retreat now offers visitors to Pembrokeshire the opportunity to purchase their own Holiday Home with private decking and Hot Tub. The Retreat is open all year, and we specialise in providing a range of superb, high quality Luxury Lodges, many of which are dog friendly, that are available to reserve for weekend, mid week breaks and longer vacations. Ocean House sleeps 8 people, has a large Hot Tub and private decking area and is ideal for a family get together. Unfortunately, we no longer offer any touring facility or Bell Tent accommodation, but we do have a selections of seasonal pitches on site ( No availability at present). Nestled in the heart of the Pembrokeshire coastline, a stones throw from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, our Retreat is only two miles from the idyllic village of Little Haven. This fishing village boasts a wonderful beach, perfect for surfing enthusiasts and great for boat launching, as well as being perfect for families with its sheltered, safe, swimming cove and endless rock-pools to explore. Little Haven also enjoys some exceptional local eateries from which to enjoy the spectacular sunset of Little Haven. The Retreat itself affords stunning views across the coastal countryside with spectacular distant sea views across St Brides Bay and the coastal path. Peace and tranquility are to be found in abundance here with just the gentle rhythm of the sound of nature and the lure of the sea a constant companion.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Just got home from a three night stay at the little haven retreat what a lovely place. The lodges are immaculate and very roomy. The beds were extremely comfy slept very well every night. It is a small private park great if you want a relaxing and quite place to stay. Great amenities in the lodge would absolutely stay there again and will plan to go back next year. Also have to say the pricing was very good and the staff member we dealt with was a very pleasant lady and so helpful. Great place to stay highly recommend.

We booked Ramsey Lodge and were not disappointed! Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Having not stayed in a "Leisure Home" type of accommodation before I was amazed at how spacious it was. All of the reception team were great to deal with, and dealt with the only issue we had (a flat battery in a smoke alarm) extremely quickly. The Park itself is very quite and peaceful with some stunning views and we are looking forward to returning next year.

If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and chill, this is definitely the place for you. I came with my husband and two daughters (10&16) and we all throughly enjoyed ourselves. The Starfish lodge we stayed in was beautiful inside and out and came with an amazing hot tub, if you go in the hot tub of an evening you can watch a beautiful sunset. We visited two beaches, Little Haven and Broad Haven, both beaches are stunning. We had a small taxi ride of five minutes there and 5 minutes back. The Little Haven Retreat was such a quiet place, morning, daytime and evening. You can’t help but relax and fully recharge your batteries. The owners were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. I definitely recommend the Little Haven Retreat.

The reception was closed on arrival .The so called 'sea view' was almost non existent. The 'Super Pitch' 13 wasn't level. The pitch was next to the compost heap and a concrete septic plinth. Spoke to reception and they passed the complaints onto Sharon the Manager, reception then rang us and promised she would ring us in a few days but we never had a call back. So the spectacular Sea View, claimed, is not at Pitch 13 and the 'Stones Throw from the coastal path' might be made if you have arms like a mountain gorilla, it's about a mile away. The 'modern' facilities are probably 30 years old, but the building has a modern outer facade. No grey water facilities at the pitch so a walk or drive to the back of the block about 100m away . The reception staff are friendly as was Dai the garden chap. Best avoid the Super Pitch 13 ( unlucky for all) as this cost £45 + £5 electric per night!

At £39 per night inc ehu in high season to end September very disappointing. Rough unkempt pitch and problems with washing machine and dryer. No reception staff when we arrived on Fiday nor when we left on Sunday so no 'friendly team' to help. As others have noted there was a significat difference between the glowing web site description and actuality. Trades description/Advertising standards might not be too happy.

The website is very impressive however, the reality I'm afraid is far from it! We were promised coastal views, easy access to the famous coastal path, modern facilities and the best of all... the Mason's Arms just a short scroll away. We were disappointed with our pitch which was next to the busy road with constant traffic and there was no coastal view whatsoever. The facilities are very dated and pretty grim to say the least, the coastal path is at least 2 miles away and best of all the Mason's Arms, in reality, is a 6/7 mile drive away, so hardly a short scroll. In short , it was a Rip off! I do however, have to give credit to Dia who is super friendly and will do anything to help you out. The Website needs to be amended because it's very misleading. We won't be returning or recommending this site.

We were so excited to go to stay in a lodge here after seeing the lovely website and the descriptions. When we arrived, it looked nothing like what was promised. It is not near the sea, with the sea barely in view at all. We bought a holiday in a lodge which we were told was brand new, included a dishwasher, en-suite in the bedroom and a 40inch TV in the lounge and 28inch TV in the bedroom. Well it included none of these and was very dated. the lodge was full of spiders too. As a family with a young baby, we were not happy with the number of spiders, the lack of two bathrooms and the lack of a dishwasher was a big let down due to having to wash baby bottles etc as well as all dinner bits! We have a dishwasher at home so the last thing we want to do on holiday is wash up in the only spare time we have that’s not looking after baby. This was not the luxury holiday promised on the website, it even had overflowing rubbish out on the road. The owners agreed that our lodge was not as described but offered us a 3 night stay in the off (cold!!) season. We have since requested that this is in the summer season as that’s when we originally booked and in a nicer lodge but they have ignored all emails. Huge disappointment and SO expensive for what it is.
