Absolutely perfect. In fact I can’t wait to write this review. Spoilt from the moment we walked in the door. Made to feel like everything we did mattered and all the staff were polite, friendly and happy. All the staff told us how much they loved their job and you could just

Its off the beaten track a bit so wouldn't know which were close. if you were in one of the outside apartments then you could but if you're in the main hotel i wouldn't and i wouldn't imagine they would be very impressed. The restaurant is amazing but it is expensive but the brasserie is affordable.

i agree it just wouldn’t be suitable to order a take away. it’s lovely getting dressed up to go for a meal at the hotel.

I think the tip lady residence is separate, away from the hotel it self. I would much rather stay in the new part. Personally, I prefer the modern aspect of Rockcliffe . Although either residence will be 1st class. Hope this helps.
