Myself and my partner visited Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa for an overnight stay on 18/01/2017. First impressions were great, the land surrounding the Manor was well-kept and the Manor itself was beautiful. Upon arrival, we went to reception to check-in where we were greeted by a young gentleman called Gareth. Gareth delivered excellent customer service as he checked us...

I have been going to this hotel for Christmas lunch for 3 years so was looking forward to it. It was terrible. The food was tasteless, the service rushed and we spent just over an hour on our lunch. Not going again.

This place is beautiful! Room was gorgeous. Bed was so comfortable. Room was very clean. (See pictures) We decided not to have tea/breakfast here as it was a bit pricey for our liking. Having paid over £100 for one night I would have thought breakfast would have been included at least. Spa was lovely although the pool was freezing (...

Came for a Spa day - Holistic Hideaway . The reception area, which combines as a lounge and dining area is warm and welcoming. On arrival we were provided with robes and slippers. Lunch is pre ordered at that point and generally options are restricted to paninis sandwiches or salads. The changing area has ample lockers and is extremely clean....

Had an overnight stay with my girlfriend here. We had use of the spa facilities which are of a very high standard with everything you need for a relaxing break. It is ran by very professional staff who are very knowledgable regarding treatments and are very polite. All staffs and managers are very approachable and warm welcoming. The new menu...

I took my mum for a little spa retreat after Christmas and before we started work again. I only booked the night before the stay and even though it was very short notice the receptionist Gary was so helpful sorting out our spa treatments and booking in the restaurant. When we arrived at the hotel the outside looked amazing definitely...

Well, my wife and I booked 2 nights at Crabwall Manor to celebrate her 60th birthday, so yes we hoped for something special. Is that wrong of us, costing at just short of 150.00 for our stay, excluding breakfast, room only! Our greeting. We had to queue to check in even though more than one member of staff behind a...

I love this hotel! We stayed as two couples for our anniversary & my parents' Ruby anniversary, so we wanted it to be extra special. We were not disappointed! ALL staff, from reception to the dining room to the spa, were friendly, ready to smile, very helpful, attentive & welcoming. The rooms were beautifully decorated, quiet and very comfortable with...

We stayed overnight following a wedding. The wedding itself was fantastic and this is a lovely venue. The food was good, the chicken cooked to perfection, but considering we all had the same meal the lady next to me had different veg. She had some green beans and a couple of sprouts thrown in presumably left over from Christmas. The...
