Our Norfolk Broads Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite will position you perfectly to explore Great Yarmouth's section of the Norfolk Broads. With over 200 miles of waterways and windmills, market towns and rivers, this beautiful part of the country offers plenty of opportunities to explore, and dog owners are welcome at the site itself so the touring park makes for a great location if walking's on your agenda. As well as the Broads, a local boating centre and the River Ant are close by, and provide families with fun activities to get involved with, and riverbank strolls will allow you to explore the local countryside. No matter what you decide to do, our Norfolk Broads Club campsite would be a great choice for your next caravanning holiday.

As with all the Caravan Club sites we have visited, it could do with some modernising but was spotlessly clean.

The showers are not the push button timed ones, which to me is a big plus, shop held very basic items and is quite small,

The wardens were very helpful and knew a lot about the local area, and were always happy to talk to any guests.

Only slight downside is there is no where on site where you can let your dog off the lead, but there is a village football field a mile or so down the road where you can let them off.

Visited in March / April and was a lovely site it is, clean well spaced out and a lovely setting. A quaint on-site shop with some essentials and a shop just 2 minutes from the site, we did experience some high winds on our visit and with an Awning up we were worried about it’s capability, the warden gave some reassurance and expert advise for what we could do better to support in the high winds, he was polite and very friendly, the on site wash facilities were spotless and kept clean at all times, never too busy either which is always a bonus. I would definitely Recommend a stay at this site.

A lovely site, which is immaculately clean.

The arrival experience was very friendly and efficient. You arrive, check in from your car/office and you pick your own pitch for what you have booked. We had pitch 92 (Serviced).

It’s quite a uniform layout site and the pitches are large and well spaced out.

Libby in the reception was very friendly and gave us all the relevant information we needed. They have a small shop onsite also.

The previous reviewer mentions the price - it isn’t the cheapest, but it is one the cleanest and best kept sites we have been to. From the flower borders to the Elsan point we’re immaculately tidy and clean. So I am happy to pay a little more for this.

The route to the site is very easy and no challenging parts. There is one bridge but it’s not an issue at all.

The site is close to a road - but it’s not a busy road at the time we stayed, and wasn’t an issue as the site is quite set back. From what I could see no pitches back onto the road at all.

The site has resident ducks roaming.

We would absolutely come back in summer (we were a little early for any main attractions as they don’t open until the final weeks of March)

We did visit Horsey Beach - and were able to see a good 100+ seals on the beach in the sunshine. Stunning beach with a friendly Seal protection Warden to chat to.

Overall a great site.

Had a break away in August 2023 visiting three different campsites along the east coast, all on fully serviced pitches and this site was by far the most expensive. In fact the cost was over 36% more than one site and over 16% on the other, and that does not include the CAMC annual membership fee. On the plus side, the grounds were well-kept, pitches are fairly spacious and the toilet/shower block was clean when we arrived. However, the shower/toilet block is dated, the dog walking area is just a fenced strip of grass approx. 3m wide by 50m long where you have to keep dogs on lead, there was only one washing machine, and the free WiFi so proudly advertised is actually only for one hour with a download speed of 1mbs, no wonder the unlimited download facility is pushed. We found the handouts and plethora of signs telling us all what we can and can't do (no bikes, no motorised riding equipment, no ball games, keep dogs on leads, move on if you arrive before 1pm, park between the two stakes only, no noise etc) is more reminiscent of a site run by Basil Fawlty.
Locally, Ludham Bridge does have a bakery which serves quite good coffee although on our visit was displaying uncovered food items that a fair few wasps seemed to be enjoying - we decided against buying anything to eat! The boat mooring area has two large industrial bins which were overflowing and clearly some dog owners had decided not to pick up after their animals.
We do not recommend this site and question why CAMC sites are so much more expensive than others with comparable facilities.

Protected by tall hedges and trees around most of the site, its a nice site, good facilities, although at times the toilets can all be in use.
Access from the main road is good even for larger caravans, there is a local shop down the road on the broads called Ludham stores which stocks most things you will need.
There are plenty of pubs around, all very nice, and the one next door called "The Dog" is very good, and the landlord and staff are really friendly, you can walk to it in five minutes.

First time here and took motor home on first trip away to test run for few days. The site was perfect for first timers and lovely location. Immaculate site and facilities. The staff and fellow campers couldn’t have been more accommodating and we got lots of help and advice. Recommended

We stayed on this site last week. It is situated in a very handy place to visit many places in the area. The coast is only 25 mins away, we visited Hemsby & Winterton on Sea. The site wasn't very busy when we first arrived and we were on fully serviced. The site is extremely well kept and the wardens are all lovely. Shower block was always clean and the grounds lovely. There seemed to be a problem with the showers in the ladies as 3 were out of order but i did not have a problem getting a shower each morning. I would definitely recommend this site to people visiting this area.

This site wasn’t for us. I was so disappointed because we had been looking forward to our stay. The area around is beautiful but marred by the very busy road outside. Very nice pub is a five minute walk but I nearly got my arm taken off by several cars whizzing by; also our dog is very nervous so it was a nightmare! Almost a two mile walk to Ludham village. Close to a small shop and lovely walk up to a ruined abbey…once you get off the busy road that is!Site wasn’t as relaxing as I thought. Emptying of the bins was done at a very early time and mowing of grass went on constantly over our stay. I know work has to be done but over the bank holiday??

We arrived at the site shortly after 1.00pm and were shocked to see that we were at the end of a large queue (why do so many people arrive early?!). The staff managed the long queue to ensure the adjacent road wasn't blocked and we were all checked in quickly. The site is well laid out and beautifully maintained with spotless facilities. A gem of a site and we will definitely return when we're next in Norfolk.

A lovely site, marred only by the unruly children of one or two members. I appreciate that we were on site during the spring break but parents really need to be supervising their kids and not allow them to be running riot around the site. 10/10 to the Wardens for tolerating such behaviour. If I'd jave worked there I'd have sent them packing!
